OP's note: i went back and forth for a very long time on whether or not to include a "multiple" option. eventually i decided not to, because it would be too hard to define where the line falls between "using multiple an equally high amount" and "using multiple a lot, but still using one more than the others". i figured most people can point to one that they use more than the others, even if they use other ones a lot as well, but if i'm wrong about this assumption please lmk. if enough people tell me they would select "multiple", i'll redo this poll to include that as an option.

I experience involuntary age regression, due to trauma and mental illness (brain decides to go into baby mode to make breakdowns/flashbacks/episodes easier to get through safely? is what I think happens) and its something I'm very insecure about, and not sure if its something that many other people experience
