Something I’ve unhappily discovered as a home owner now is colour is privellage locked.

Things that are not neutral colours (curtains, furniture, home decor in general) are more expensive. Allot more expensive usually. And my sociological brain understands why-low cost goods rely on mass sales to make money so better to have neutral colours to appeal to a wider range of customers but goddam I just want some fucking green curtains
