Chanson d'un jour d'hiver (Winter Day Song), oil on canvas
Scholastic submission! Inspired by transcendentalism, being small in a huge unknown universe, and the song "Chanson d'un jour d'hiver" by Cortex. Highly recommend. The trees are a little clumsy to me, but oh well.

The tape and necklace on turned out great. Not sure about the crane.

Spring Still Life (oil on canvas)
A still life assignment for school, where I stage and photographed the objects together. The flowers were a struggle, but I love how the glass came out. Not sure how I did that.

Untitled, in progress GIF (Procreate)
I wanted to show a little gif on how I’m started my most recent project. I made this doodle a year ago, and I really liked it, so I transferred it to Procreate. I started on a textured background, layered the sketch, added a little bit of direction just so that I knew how the dimensions looked like, and added lineart on top, using the dimensions as a guide. I continued to add lineart until I maxed out on detail, and then began to add basal color (the grass).

portrait commission (unfinished) - @\13rigitte
The reference was really beautiful, but this is left unfinished. I’m proud of how I did the fabric on her torso/bust, but I’m not sure about the sleeve. Her hand is curled over, it’s not that small.

portrait commission - @\kakaclaire
A really good friend of mine. I’m planning to do another soon, just because I’m not a fan of this style anymore. I like messier sketches when it comes to stylistic drawing. It’s a setback of digital art; I feel like too much of a perfectionist when I have the ability to redo and undo.

The Bath (Procreate)
I really liked this one, and I would love to make products with it, like pins or stickers one day!
