🐺 — whether we’re a wolf pup , a fox kit , or a domestic puppy , we’re all special and just the cutest little goobers !!

🏔️ — going on walks is a great way to keep us both happy and exercised ! you’ll just have to make sure that we don’t sprint away from you or run into the woods ehehe

🦴 — chewtoys are a great toy to stimulate us and keep us calm or playful , it’s a distraction from negative emotions to focus on a (sfw) oral fixation :)

🦮 — we adore accessories related to dogs : collars , harnesses , dog beds , you name it !

🥩 — we could just chow down on meat of all kinds !! ( if you happen to be vegan or vegetarian , there is always safe options for you <3 )

🐾 — sometimes , it’s hard for us to speak with words , and that’s okey ! you’ll just have to find other ways to understand us through our puppy noises or nonverbal communication etc. ! ( don’t push yourself too hard , though )

🐕 — we get SO excited whenever we see other puppies or dogs !! we’ll tug on your sleeve and ask if we can go pet tha puppy :3

🧦 — if gear isn’t available , there’s always DIY options like homemade jewelry , drawing paws on shoes , blanket nests , and more !!

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Playing dress up, you can do this via a roblox game, finding things in your closet, or picrew!

⭑.ᐟ Playing pretend, have your stuffies met your cg/ friend's stuffies? Video calls and playing with stuffies is so fun, put on stuffie talent shows, concerts, or have your stuffies play "house", "school", or "doctor" together!

⋆𐙚. ݁ Color together, do a worksheet with a friend & compare interests, parallel play! (Check my page for some worksheets!)

୭ ˚. Pinterest, (you can make this into sort of an online age-re journal, I have one!) Age-re imagery + sorting = so fun!

༘⋆ Make a little playlist, this is so fun & will help you feel more immersed in your regression! A few songs from mine are "My Love Mine All Mine" by Mitski, "Love" by Nancy Adams, & "J's lullaby" by Delaney Bailey!

ᯓ★ Build a pillow fort, hang a blanket off the side of a bookshelf, chair, the end of your bed, it doesn't matter! It's always nice to have a secluded small safe space<3

˚꩜˙⋆ Make a little friendly snack! This could be cereal, fruit & veggies, oatmeal, or warm up some milk!

✶⋆. Bubble baths or little self care! Be silly, brush your teeth with a kids toothbrush/ toothpaste, use bubbles in your bath, do a unicorn face mask! Make self care fun, you can take care of yourself!

✎ᝰ Make / find yourself a sticker chart! (I also make these if you want to request one lmk). Even if you don't have a caregiver it is productive to find good value in your behavior for yourself too! Give yourself that sticker for doing a chore/ hw/ whatever, you deserve it!

Hello :3 do you pet regress to a puppy? If so, do you have any tips for beginners who don’t have any gear? Thank you! <3

hi anon! i do puppy regress, it's my most common petre!

i personally don't have any gear either! my tips for regressing in a puppy mindset with gear:

grab blankets and pillows and turn your bed into a "dog bed" - i like building blankets up into a circle and then filling the center with pillows!! super cosy and easy to curl up in <3

in place of a collar or anything like that, i use a bandana! i tie it around my neck (be careful it's not too tight!) and it serves the purpose of being my puppy collar! you can also use a necklace, i'd recommend a material choker or a shorter necklace

eat biscuits!! they're like dog treats but for us!! my favourites are ones that are more rectangular, like arnotts milk coffee and malt-o-milks!

dress in fluffy/fuzzy clothes! fleece hoodies and soft pj pants are great!! i also love wearing slippers because it makes my feet fluffy too!!

follow along to a puppy training video!! theres lots on youtube and they're usually very easy to follow :) i like the basic, beginner puppy range where it goes throug commands like sit, stay, lie down and roll over :3

make up!! this one may be harder for masculine regressors or regressors who don't use/don't have make up but i use a darker shade of eye shadow to colour the tip of my nose and upper with a little line going up to connect the two! it makes me look like i have a snout :3 (please double check that your eye shadow is lip safe! not all eye products are safe to be used on your lips!!)

Subtle Regression / Regressing in school / Regressing in front of non supportive individuals!

It's a little bit easier to get away with being "childish" the younger your bodily age is and the more eccentric you are in general!

- Try using inconspicuous items like fidgets or small stuffed animals on keychains!

- Wear something oversized so you feel small in comparison.

- Bring a candy that would help you regress, (like a baby bottle pop or a lolipop) and bring a cute bottle- even if its not a baby bottle there are very similar bottles that would have the same effect!

- Coloring, everyone colors, and doodling! Adult coloring book or not you can just say its something to keep busy/ helps with stress!

- Any books from when you were a kiddo that would be a good re-read!

- Cartoons! There are a lot of cartoons that aren't suspicious to watch in front of adults (ex. Bob's Burgers or The Owl House).

- BRING EARBUDS! Little playlists>>> if you do not have one I absolutely recommend making one. I'm not just talking disney songs, im talking lullabies and floaty music too, music from childhood medias, etc. (More than happy to share my playlists in dms!)

- Wear cartoon/ cutesy clothing! Oversized is a good way to go but if you have cartoon merch (like sanrio or disney) thats great too. Whatever helps you feel little! Lots of adults enjoy hello kitty and cute clothes/ aesthetics so it's not suspicious.

- Soft items, bring a small blanket or big hoodie with you!

- Make it like a game, if you are at school, reward yourself for big tasks! Piece of candy, sticker, more cartoon time before bed, etc.

you guys would go around making sure hikers were alright, keeping the forest safe, maintaining trails and campgrounds :))

teeny tiny blurb — dad sighed as he pointed into the cabin again like ranger would understand, you tried to do the same but ranger only began trying to lick at your fingers. you peeled over into a fit of giggles and hardly even heard your dads sigh; equal parts exasperated and fond.

“alright now, enough roughhousing or i’m leaving both of you behind,” dad tried to go for firm but he never quite managed it, especially when it came to you.

“Okay, okay!” You wrapped your arms around rangers neck giving him a kiss right on the nose that he returned by swiping his tongue over your cheek. ranger climbed up into the truck first and before you could follow daddy smudged the dog slobber off your cheek with the cuff of his jacket.

“what am i gonna do with you?”

“let me pick the music?”

“maybe if you ever get in the car, slow poke.”

you scrambled up into your seat and grinned triumphantly when your belt was on and fastened. daddy rolled his eyes when he shut your door but there was mirth there in the soft curve of his smile and he didn’t say a word when you reached for the radio.

caregiver Bandit Heeler

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა papa bandit seems like he drinks his coffee black but adds 3 lumps of sugar to sweeten it up a bit

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა papa bandit loves to barbecue especially on a nice day and lets you help him “cook” by turning over the weenies (he’s actually the one doing it but lets you hold the claw thing)

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა papa bandit takes you on late night (not really late) car rides when you have trouble sleeping or are feeling restless, he even puts on your favorite sleepytime songs to tucker you out

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა binkys and babas are very important during the day, they come in handy when you have a melt down or just need to have something in your mouth besides a chewy, he always picks out your favorite binky/or baba

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა cute socks are a must! you have many! but what’s a couple more? during shopping trips hell manage to grab a couple pairs he thinks you’ll love, is he ever wrong? and if you’re extra good, he’ll let you pick out a new stuffie

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა papa bandit can be a serious papa when he needs to be but is almost always silly and likes to make laugh and smile, likes to say “dude” a lot

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა papa bandit will read you bedtime stories until you fall asleep and sometimes ends up falling asleep beside your bed because he knows you tend to get nightmares

૮ ․ ․ ྀིა papa bandit never judges you for your regression and reminds you that it’s your way of coping

i love scrolling through the agere tags and coming across an obviously very self indulgent post, bonus points if it has so few notes because it's so niche and personal to op. it's just cool to see others indulging in their personal interests and such in order to heal bc they know it'll help them. and that's what truly matters above notes and relatability, looking out for and helping yourself heal with what you know will bring you such results, bc who knows what you need/like more than you?
