Another Failed Suicide Attempt In the early hours of the morning. I lay awake as I try to gather my thoughts. This pain is unbearable. And it seems my prayers aren't making it through. God, why keep me on this land if all you can provide is anguish? Please just give me the strength to kick this bucket. Why has he forsaken me? Has he forgotten I'm his daughter? I'm tired of begging for what is owed to me. My scarred crooked knees have had it. I hope the lump in my throat inflates and blocks away any source of oxygen. Suffocating me till I find myself knocking on death's door. Is it then that you'll realise how important my life was? I'll join forces with The Furies to make your life a living hell. I hope you get rolled over by a bus. And survive the accident with no legs and broken hands. It's clear to me that your hands have no use! I hope nobody visits your crippled ass, not even your favourite daughters. Whom you've abandoned me for. I spend my days in constant fights against my thoughts. Ill Muhammad Ali vs The infamous Mayweather , who do you think will prevail? When depression hits, I return to my shell. In hopes that someone out there will shine a light of hope and let me out. But I'm imprisoned! Trapped in a world of isolation. Friends have turned into invisible lifesavers. Slowly dying inside... I hide my pain behind a smile that every one of my ex's admire. Nobody knows what this "confident-looking" guy goes through. But nobody ever will, except the tough walls of my shell.
