Btw I have FIVE bruises from getting tackled by a Jinx at the Arcane finale premiere and two are so dark purple they might as well be black.

+ After I got tackled I couldn't walk straight for like 5 minutes

There's no way Silco just GOT UP after Powder took him to the ground. I'm in my twenties and I was disoriented and bruised, that man was in his 40s. He was probably on the ground for so long like "Give me a minute, I need to recalibrate."

I'm finally drawing again so here are some Older Powder references for anyone whose as detail oriented as I am, or working on a cosplay.

I'm choosing to believe that Powder's black, red and gold jacket is a hand-me-down from uncle Silco.

Powder's bangs are still busted in episode 7 because Vander, Benzo and Silco all co-parented so Silco didn't feel enough malice to go "What the fuck is this. What is this haircut." and do it himself.

He thought the fucked up bangs were endearing because his brother did them and because they're his niece's bangs and they're perfect bc they're hers.

I went to see the premiere for Act 3 in LA.. An entire auditorium full of well over 500 people CHEERED AND CLAPPED when Maddie died and it only got louder when Mel came on screen. It was so loud I had to cover my ears.

I'm also pretty sure throughout the entire premiere that that was the loudest it got.

League of Legends *technically* has ghosts, canonically..... so do y'all think that wasn't a hallucination and it was actually his ghost........ Because Jinx's hallucinations when we see her POV are usually extremely vague and yell her FEARS at her, she also viewed Silco's advise as mostly nonsense and often completely ignored and belittled him for it.. but suddenly she's hallucinationating a version of someone she killed who is MAKING SENSE??

In the good universe Silco also forgives Vander, and towards the end of S1, Silco UNDERSTOOD Vander, so it'd be very realistic for him to say this *now*.

Jinx also feels responsible for killing Vander, and they kept trying to push the narrative that Vander is still Jinx's dad, so she could have hallucinated Vander if she really believed that. But it was Silco. Bc I think it genuinely was Silco.

i'm sorry but i can't get over it.

silco FINALLY making his appearance after jinx has been longing for him, and it's when she's at her absolute lowest. when she needs him the MOST.

and it's him telling her that his way was wrong, that the only way to break the cycle of violence is to be able to move forward and choose a better path.

the hallucination wasn't scary, wasn't berating or antagonizing. no scratches. just silco's presence there with her, trying to guide her as he always did but this time he's trying to guide her in the right direction because he (in their strange narrative way through a hallucination) recognizes that he lead her down a dark path by holding onto that anger.

that scene was so special to me sigh.

Nobody talking abt how confused Silco must've been at Ekko randomly bringing up Vander trying to kill him

Like "Woah okay man that was like 15yrs ago why are we so hostile rn"

(It was more than likely Ekko telling Vander, "Hey, didn't Silco try to kill you", since Ekko doesn't know Vander tried to kill Silco. But obviously none of them knew Silco would have tried to kill him so everyone assumed Ekko meant Vander's attempt on Silco's life)

Arcane Finale official Premiere NO SPOILERS

We're on the drive back home from the Arcane season finale premiere and I'm kind of in shock. Not because of the ending or because that ending was..... something. But I'm more in shock from being able to BE at this premiere. The statues, the merch, the screening, the props, the cosplays, it was so surreal and it'll forever be a core memory in my brain.

ALSO SORRY TO THE SHRINE AUDITORIUM FOR BREAKING THE DISPLAY LIGHTS WHEN JINX TACKLED ME.

I love Silco's curly hair so much it's killing me.

Yeah btw I got my Silco tattoo in September. All of my other tattoos have healed within one week.. it's nearing the end of November and this tattoo still hasn't healed.

And I went up to one of the tattoo artists at a con I went to to ask what was up with it and he went "Oh yeah he really dug into you, he should have told you he wasn't good at color. That's gonna take a while."

Bro I'm pissed. The color is so bad I was gonna get it touched up but who knows when I'll be able to do that...... also kinda want a different tattoo if I'm honest bc he really butchered it, I don't think it's a case of being able to touch it up. Like I would probably just need a straight up cover up.

I'll see how act 3 goes and decide if I want to cover up Silco with more Silco.. if act 3 goes as badly as act 2 then I might need to think of smthn else. I did also say I wanted all of my tattoos to be water color.. I might just get a different vaguely Silco tattoo in watercolor over it.

Just got back from getting a Silco tattoo and just a heads up from someone whose tattoos have never felt like anything more than some soft tapping:

The Last Drop /Jinx Ruins Fixes Everything

I keep thinking about this and I wonder if at the same time as mourning Silco's literal death, they're also talking about Silco in past tense as in when he was younger. Like they miss him from when he was level headed and didn't sacrifice the safety and lives of Zaunites fir the cause, they don't miss what became of him. Kind of like how Powder's memorial is on the wall even though Jinx isn't dead. They miss what Jinx WAS, like they maybe miss what Silco was.

Because Babette talks about what Silco did like everyone is devastated and worse off than ever before. I don't think a city that eventually ended up seeing him as a corrupt drug running dictator would *miss* him. Maybe they mean Silco's dream at its heart and not what became of it. They miss who Silco was and now they can truly never get him back.
