listen..
- learn to validate yourself from the inside, stop people pleasing
- perfectionism will silently kill you
- you have to work on good habits, when you fail on your streak simply try again
- mind over matter
- meditate, journal or call your best friend daily to get out your thoughts, maybe even get a therapist
- hygiene > beauty
- don’t try to change people
- write down your blessings
- water and sleep won’t save you but it does help
- be! happy! alone!!!
- productivity doesn’t equal school work
- don’t necessarily use social media less, use it more efficiently eg. follow inspirational people etc.
- get a planner, it doesn’t have to be pretty
- choose one day of the week to reset (mine is Sunday): meal prep, self care, get stuff done, relax and pamper yourself, whatever you need to do in order to simplify your week ahead
- try out minimalism
- reading that book won’t hurt

Personal goal: to stop feeling guilty when I need to take a break. I am not not a machine and taking time for myself does not mean I’m lazy. It’s normal to need time to recharge.
