anon, I am so sorry and I mean this in the best way, but I do think episode 5 is the absolute funniest place to have stopped following Twst because shit starts escalating SO fast after that. episode 6 literally starts with a secret government shadow agency breaking down our doors and kidnapping students. zero to a million instantly.

and like...that's not even the zaniest thing so far? Ortho's hacked into the collective human unconscious. there's time travel (sort of). "Crowley might be Malleus' long-lost father" is a serious theory. if you'd told me any of this back pre-episode 6, I would have asked for the link to this unbelievable but highly intriguing fanfic.

I think Colde’s flag is supposed to represent Vanum and Vane. The kingdom of Vanum’s flag likely had white flowers on it

Tristitas’s flag definitely had a bird on it and probably some music notes

So I very much have a love-hate relationship with the Salignan kingdom crests (I will make a long post about my feelings towards them someday). Before Lynt’s book 2 told me what I saw as a giant feather was actually a wreath, I paid them no mind. Then I looked over the others and… I’ll post about them eventually.

But I am making this post to ask if anyone has headcanons for what Tristitas and Vanum’s crests looked like. One of my favorite parts of the Colde crest is that it pays homage to them both in the form of magenta and white roses, so I’m curious if anyone has any ideas for what their crests looked like.

Personally, I think Tristitas’s played off a bird motif for their songbirds, especially since they are still known for them, even after centuries of their kingdom not existing.

But I have no ideas for Vanum…

Me when my writer brain starts writing again at like 5 am (it’s 6 am now) because I’ve had this story idea since 2023 I think and it’s inspired by a manhwa which is a Korean comic and this comic was made due to a novel someone made and so now I have to write it or else I will forget about it and never even write a single sentence about it and I’ve written two short chapters and now I’m on my third and maybe if I just keep this up I was finish the entire thing in one day but I know I will forget about it tomorrow due to school starting up again and I will not finish it once that happens but I’m writing it anyways because mmm happy chemicals
