OPT OUT OF DISCORD'S NEW ARBITRATION CLAUSE

I'm sure many people in the U.S. have seen discord's new terms of service thing pop up today, April 15th 2024, but haven't actually read it. this is an update to make it so you can't sue them or participate in any class actions against them. these kinds of agreements should be illegal and stuff but they aren't so here we are. there's no easy button to click that says opt out. to opt out you have to email their arbitration opt-out email, arbitration-opt-out@discord.com, with the following subject and message:

I, (your legal name), decline the agreement to arbitrate in Discord's Terms of Service updated March 15, 2024 for any and all accounts I have or use, past and present, and those that I create, have, or use in the future, regardless of their association with this email.

We need to spread the word on social media and urge people to send emails to Congress through stopkosa.com.

• There will be a hearing on Wednesday (17th April) where KOSA, along with some other bad internet bills, like the Protecting Kids on Social Media Act could be pushed.

Hello! We know that people have been waiting for news on our most recent project, and we have great news!

We, at the developer’s team, are happy to announce that soon we will be releasing the improved adaption of Half Life for early access!

This adaption will include:

Improved AI, allowing you to talk with some characters

Randomized companion characters

VR support

An AI to help with game diagnostics

And more as development continues!

Please keep in mind that most of the AI will not know that this is a game, and it may be best to avoid mentioning it to them to have the best experience possible.
