SSC CGL Coaching in Lucknow
The SSC CGL examination has a 3 tier structure:
In the previous years, up to 30 Lakh aspirants are known to have registered in a single year. But ultimately, the number of participants who actually appear for the tier 1 examination generally does not exceed 20 Lakhs.
Therefore, broadly speaking, the probability of selection, everything is fair and equal, is about 1 in 200 for any candidate.
The tier 1 exam in which about 20 Lakh people would appear is generally conducted over multiple dates in July – August at a large number of centers across the country.
The interview process has been replaced by a written test in narrative form in English so as to eliminate any possibility of bias.
Tier-I exam of SSC CGL is an online mode of the examination having 4 sections in total. The total marks allotted for all the sections is 200 and the total time allotted for the completion of all the sections of a Tier-I exam is 60 minutes. A cumulative time of 80 minutes is allotted to physically handicapped students. 0.5 marks will be deducted from every question that is attempted wrong by a candidate in SSC CGL exam.
Tier-II exam has a total mark of 200. A total of 100 questions are asked in each section with 200 questions asked in the English Language Section. A time limit of 2 hours is provided to the candidate to complete each section of SSC CGL Tier-II Exam. The cumulative time to complete Tier-II exam is increased to 2 hours 40 minutes in case of physically handicapped students. 0.25 marks are deducted as penalty for attempting a question wrong.
Tier-III of SSC CGL exam is a descriptive exam to test the written skills of the candidates in English/Hindi. The mode of examination is offline and students are required to write essays, précis, application, letter etc. in this exam. The exam carries 100 marks and the time allotted for the same is 60 minutes. The time allotted for candidates belonging to PWD category is increased to 80 minutes. Tier-III paper is given by specific candidates who are interested only for the post of “Statistical Investigator Grade II” & “Compiler”.
Tier-IV exam is taken by candidates applying specifically for certain technical posts
Tier-I and Tier-II exam are compulsory for all posts mentioned in the SSC CGL Notification.
Tier-III is specifically for candidates applying for all general, non-technical posts.
Tier-IV exam is taken by candidates applying specifically for certain technical posts
All those aspirants who think that they can acquire the requisite level of general awareness through various apps or commercial guides available at bookstall counters will find themselves getting eliminated at tier 1 stage itself. They have to discipline themselves to regularly read a high-quality English newspaper every day especially the editorials and other serious articles on national and international issues.
Coaching Pattern and fees standard:
We provide a 6-month coaching for SSC CGL examination with two classes being held every day from Monday to Friday.
The maths and logic class would generally be held between 3 PM and 5 PM either preceded or followed by the class in English/general awareness.
The fees are Rs 15,000/- for a 6-month course. Registration is to be done with Rs 8,000 and the balance amount of Rs 7000/- is to be paid within 45 days of registration is done.
Plenty of study material would be provided during the exam. Tests will be held frequently.
Rebate Offer:

UGC NET coaching in Lucknow
Welcome to Athena Multiskills.
At Athena Multiskills, we would provide suitable guidance in this regard at the appropriate time to the aspirants who register with us for our coaching program. As per the notification issued by NTA, the UGC NET in December 2018 would be held on successive Sundays, i.e., 9th December, 16th December & 23rd December. The multiple dates are presumably necessitated because of the logistical constraints pertaining to the CBT platform facilities at various centers.
Out of these, 55,872 aspirants were successful in reaching the cut off level in their respective subjects, thus becoming eligible to apply for the post of assistant professors in their respective domains in the institutions of higher learning across the country. This is 6.5 % of the total number of aspirants who actually participated.
The number of aspirants who passed the eligibility levels for grant of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) was only 3,929. This comes to only 0.46% of the total number of students who appeared for the UGC NET.
When we aim for successes in life, there is a need to introspect also as to why many talented aspirants fail repeatedly in the UGC NET coaching classes in Lucknow.
One of the major reasons is that a very large number of NET aspirants are not able to grasp the crucial need of doing well in Paper 1. This year also, tens of thousands of very talented students failed to make it to the cut off list, despite doing well in the (subject ) Paper 2, simply because they did not pay requisite attention to master the subjects covered under Paper 1.
One of the common mistakes made by a majority of UGC NET JRF aspirants is that instead of improving their semantic knowledge by developing good reading habits and paying minute attention to the subjects analyzed in prestigious newspapers, they tend to rely entirely on half-baked news coming in through Whatsapp group networks, cheap guide books etc and are thus deprived of the skills needed to grasp the complexity of multidimensional issues affecting the society in general.
The UGC NET tests the range and depth of the knowledge levels of the aspirants. Paper 1 of UGC NET covers a very wide range of subjects relating to various aspects of education in general and higher education in particular. The UGC NET Paper 1 has to be treated with respect while aspiring for JRF and for the requisite cut off. In social sciences in particular, there is always a strong overlap between various subjects and the aspirants are expected to widen their semantic knowledge by studying all related topics as well.
If you are looking for UGC NET Coaching in Lucknow you can get in touch with us by following ways:
