a little bit of a vent post, sorry
i feel very split between only ever wanting to draw for myself, and also wanting to somehow make money from art because it's the only skill i have. i don't care about getting followers at all but it would be nice if i could like... live independently a little bit. the worry is that it would make me end up hating art if i turned it into a thing i had to do to survive. i dunno... i just dont know what other options i have, i'm not a very mentally healthy person who can easily work most jobs. i've been living with my dad for so long i can't imagine anything else, i guess. i really hope this is the year where i can escape this and live on my own and be a person.
