Keto Broccoli Bites - 43 kcal/2.9g protein

Servings: 30 bites - 43 kcal/2.9g protein per bite
3 cups lightly steamed and chopped broccoli
1 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup cheddar
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Steam the broccoli, chop lightly and remove the tough stems.
3. In a medium-size mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, cheese, spices and eggs. Stir in the broccoli.
4. Fold in the flour and baking powder.
5. Chill dough 10-15 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the moisture, DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.
6. Spoon into a silicone mini muffin pan.
7. Bake 12-15 minutes.

One of my INTJ friends is dating an ENTP. The INTJ feels like the ENTP and her don’t have a solid, deep emotional connection and it’s starting to affect their relationship. I don’t know how to help her because I’ve actually had the same issue with ENTPs… ADVICE NEEDED!!! How can you get an ENTP to emotionally connect with you??
I can’t give you a foolproof way to connect with ENTPs, but the thing that I’ve noticed with the ENTPs that I know is… you may feel like you don’t have a deep enough connection with them because they don’t share their feelings or might not tell you stories about their past, but that’s really not how they define an emotional connection.
When they’re struggling, they are more inclined to hide it and laugh it off, but to have an emotional connection with them, you have to know when to call bullshit (as in you have to know their personal giveaway signs that they’re not okay which an Ni-dom should have no problem doing). And when you do, you have to not pester them about it or try to make them tell you what’s wrong. You have to just show them that you care. Say that you thought they were feeling a bit down, so you made them hot chocolate, and then don’t even mention it; just sit there and chill with them. To ENTPs, for the most part, that is an emotional connection.
And if they ever need to talk to you, as long as you’re showing them you care, they will talk to you. But just because they’re not talking to you so far doesn’t mean that the connection is not there or that they don’t need you. What they needed was your company because they felt safe and cared for when they were struggling, and you gave them what they needed from you even if they didn’t need you to talk them through being okay. The ENTPs that I know, I try to not make them open up, but overtime, they open up when they need to.
The thing with this is, even if you think they’re not feeling okay, but there’s nothing particularly wrong with them, and they tell you that, they will still be touched that you care, so just always show them that you care, with words and without words. But as time goes on, your friend will start to learn the ENTP’s signs which really mean they’re not okay, using their Ni. Not asking them point-blank what is wrong might be a bit hard for the INTJ, given their Te, but if they try, hopefully everything will work out because the two of them will learn to compromise.
Now if there’s some other more specific reason why your friend is doubting an emotional connection with their significant other, let me know, and I’ll try to help.

Veggie frittata! (165 cals)
This is SO SO good! It’s super tasty and really filling! You can make so many varieties and add different fillings but this is definitely my fav so far.

Ingredients
8 eggs (592)
100 ml almond milk (13)
80 g zucchini (13,5)
56 g mini tomatoes (10)
30 g bell pepper (8)
1 tsp black pepper (3)
1 tsp salt (0)
1/2 tsp oil for frying (20)
How to
Mix together the eggs, almond milk, salt and black pepper
Slice the zucchini REALLY thin
Chop the bell pepper
Mix the zucchini and bell pepper with the egg mixture
Put your oil in a pan (I’m usually NEVER using oil but this get stuck in the pan really easy) then pour your egg and veggiemix in it
Put your tomatoes in the edges of the pan
Fry til the bottom is set and then put it in the oven at 175 degrees until it’s all cooked through
VoilĂ ! Enjoy!
Calories per portion (1/4 of the frittata) -165 Total calories -659,5
Remember that the calories can vary a bit depending on what products etc you use.

90 calorie noodle soup
Hello everybody! It was raining hard today and I wanted to make something warm and low-cal that would fill me up. It ended up having a very peppery taste, similar to some of my favorite instant beef broths. Without the soup this recipe is only 46 calories!!
Ingredients:
200g shirataki noodles (10)
3 tablespoons green onion (8)
2 cloves garlic (8)
3 tablespoons soy sauce (30)
3/4 cup water (0)
1 large egg white (17)
black pepper to taste (0-17)
total: 90 calories
Directions:
Noodles
1. Prep. Wash your noodles thoroughly under running water. Chop your garlic and green onions.
2. Pan fry noodles on a non-stick pan until the smell of konjac disappears when you bite into them. They should also lose a bit of their iconic bounce (but only slightly).
3. Add chopped garlic, green onions, and a couple tablespoons of soy sauce to noodles. Also sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper. Stir fry them until noodles are evenly coated.
Soup
1. Remove noodles from pan and place in a bowl. Leave a bit of garlic in the pan.
2. Add 3/4 cups of water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and more black pepper to pan. Mix thoroughly.
3. Separate your egg yolk from your whites and drop the white into the broth. Stir until fully cooked. If you have dogs, you can fry the yolk afterwards and give it to them as a treat.
4. Pour your soup over your noodles. Add more green onion as garnishing if desired. Eat and enjoy!
Notes:
+Warm and filling! Good for rainy days
+Egg whites have lots of protein
+Satisfies salty/peppery cravings
You can try using a regular pan, I’m just not sure if you’ll need oil to keep the noodles from sticking

Cauliflower fried rice with veggies

1 egg white- 17
1 tsp coconut aminos- 1
Optional spices, the ones I used
Sriracha- 5
Salt, pepper- 0
Onion powder- 6/tsp
Total- 79 calories
Cook it all together over stove top, add in the egg last
I ate it with chop sticks so I had an excuse to go realllllly slow and drink a ton of water

I’m going to start my miso soup and rice diet again. That shit fills you up and slims you down.
Steps:
Buy miso paste, most of them are like 20 calories per serving and they claim to come with barely 10-15 servings but it’s usually so salty you can water it tf down and stretch it for weeks.
Get low calorie add ins, mushrooms, low cal noodles, carrots and peas, tofu, scallions, whatever you enjoy.
Have a cup of rice with it(~200kcal), if you want your rice to be bomb drop of olive oil or spray, garlic powder, a little salt.
Get yourself something spicy to eat too, put chili flakes or Sriracha sauce on the rice.

Low cal pizza 🍕

Ingredients:
1 xtreme wellness tortilla (50 cals)
1 tablespoon pizza sauce (6 cals)
1 mozzarella cheese slice (60 cals
1 slice of turkey sandwich meat (17 cals)
Total: 133 calories
Directions:
Spread pizza sauce onto tortilla
Cut cheese slice into small pieces and sprinkle onto pizza
Add toppings (I ripped apart a piece of sandwich meat)
Bake (I cooked mine in an air fryer, on the bake setting, for about 8 minutes at 400 degrees F)
Enjoy!
I really enjoyed it and it’s a good low calorie version for pizza. You can certainly change the ingredients but the calorie count will be different!
