notes: cc-lite and included. if you want to use as a multi-functional lot, i'd recommend spawn npc mods such as: spawn refresher (zerbu), "vendor" everywhere (kuttoe), auto employees lot trait (littemssam). i've resolved all major routing issues, but one minor routing issue is that the attic in abandoned hotel is not accessible unless you teleport your sim there.

it's finally here! thanks for being super patient considering this was suppose to be a simblreen gift...smh! tbh i did hit a creative wall for a bit but the new pack did help me get some much needed inspo especially for the vampire lounge. also i still hate the restaurant but i'm letting go of my crippling perfectionism...

working on an occult and crystal shop in Glimmerbrook!

I still have some stuff to add as this is only the first room. I think I'm going to make a jewler workshop in the other part of the build or maybe somewhere to make potions? The upstairs I'll probably just leave empty because it's not really necessary.

in the process of making sims for my save, this is Nikolas and Aeron a vampire and warlock who live in Ravenwood!

Nikolas works for the grim reaper, collecting and returning souls to the netherworld. Does he do it because he enjoys the job? no. He does it in order to cleanly cover up all the sims he's drained the blood from.

Aeron doesn't have a job, mainly because he can't really go out in his human form since he's still wanted by the magic council for magical crimes he committed over a century ago. when he's not prowling around town in cat form, or practicing his untamed magic, he's probably acting as Nikolas' personal blood bag (because warlock blood tastes better apparently?)

Trying out the new pack with my sim - Sabrina Owens!

She grew up in ravenwood and has always had a fascination with ghosts and other supernaturals! She currently works as an undertaker and in her free time she can probably be found hanging out with Nyon (her one of very few friends and probably the only person who actually understands her) or researching types of historical deaths and other strange theories online.

sooooo I updated and my save file got corrupted…

It’s completely my fault because I forgot to do the necessary things before updating but i’m still sad :( guess a lesson was learnt today!

Lena and her mother have the strict dynamic and so Lena is constantly tense around her. She doesn't like how she's trying to force her into giving up her dream of becoming a world famous chef just to take over the ranch. The same ranch she desperately tried to get away from by going away to culinary school in the first place.

Thankfully, Aiden has been checking in with her so at least she can talk to someone who isn't trying to sell ranching to her.

Snowflake is not a fan of being ridden so Lena is mainly training Phoenix to do jumps at the moment.

Her mother wants her to take over the family ranch instead of working in the city, but Lena isn't sure she's cut out for this nectar making business...

What exactly is faux meat? neither of them know, but it hasn't killed them so it can't be that bad.

Aiden is Lena's best friend (and the only vegetarian she knows) so naturally she forces him to try whatever new recipe she's been working on. He never complains, even if some of the food he's tried over the years has been not great.
