Hello! (Please signal boost)
It’s been a while since I’ve actually interacted on here ;w;
But aaaa let me take this moment and explain myself. Explain why I need money so badly and why I opened Ko-Fi and Patreon. It absolutely pains me to drop this onto the world, but I can’t keep it to myself anymore.
If you’d like to read, please open up the post, but if not, even small donations would help me a lot! Reblogs would greatly help me as well!
A coffee on Ko-Fi only costs 3USD and if you give three, I’ll draw you a free doodle of your OC or any character you choose!
You can also support me on Patreon, I’ve just figured out how to set it up. You can learn all about my rewards on my page.

I really want to do a cover sing with this. Can I?
Wait For It (Hamilton) & Yuri On Ice
No-one can explain why Viktor came to me. He’s gonna be my coach for this year’s Grand Prix He quit his career in Russia, when he saw a routine that I did online. He has angered all Russia Cause now Viktor is mine.
The ice doesn’t discriminate Between the winners And the fakes It takes and it takes and it takes And we keep giving anyway We bleed and we cry And we break And we make our mistakes And if there’s a reason he’s by my side When so many have tried Then I’m willing to skate for it I’m willing to skate for it
Minako-sensei was my first dance teacher But even back then my Viktor’s presence did feature Yuko-san was an otaku, and told me everything she found. When he won, I watched all his routines and he never failed to astound. Fame doesn’t discriminate Between the winners And the fakes It takes and it takes and it takes And we keep fighting anyway We jump and we fall And we break And we make our mistakes And if there’s a reason he is my guide When all the rest would cast me aside I’m willing to skate for it I’m willing to skate for it
Skate for it
I am not gonna stop until I have won I am desirable I’m a sexy katsudon I’m not gonna be scared, I will be bold I am not losing now I am taking the gold.
Yurio has risen up to senior class. He has something to prove He cannot stand to lose Yurio’s mind is ferocious He learns so fast. What is it like in his shoes?
Yurio doesn’t hesitate He exhibits no restraint He takes and he takes and he takes And he could win this anyway With his Agape He changed and he raised all the stakes But if there’s a chance that I can now rise and claim the grand prize, then goddamnit—
I’m willing to skate for it I’m willing to skate for it…
Love doesn’t discriminate Between the winners and the fakes It takes and it takes and it takes And we keep skating anyway We jump and we fall and we break And we make our mistakes And if there’s a chance that I might still win When so many gave in Then I’m willin’ to- Skate for it… Skate for it…

So I got to watch 2 musicals in a row on Sunday and a play on Monday. Gotta note each one down and hopefully I make a sketch or each.
First up is the most impressive one, Hamilton - An American Musical by LSPR Teatro. A few months back I never thought I'd ever get to see a Broadway musical live, then I got to watch Annie. Now I never thought I'd get to see Hamilton, a particularly new and not-so-conventional show, anytime soon, but here it is! And apparently LSPR Teatro has been doing one show every year for 14 years and somehow I missed it all until this one orz orz orz (Gisella Tellys, thanks for the info!)
It's hard for me to believe this is a work of a university club. I've been in one myself (a normal play, though, not musical) and the production value was incomparable. Hamilton's stage was much smaller, but I feel like it didn't cut corners. The prop was sufficient, the choreography elaborate, and I kinda like the costume better than the original show. The lighting is pretty too. And of course, kudos to all the cast who managed to memorize such wordy script and deliver them perfectly. More avid fans might would notice a slip or two, but it can't be significant. I'm kinda disappointed since some of my favorite numbers were cut, especially The Room Where It Happened :'(. Anyway, on to the cast, I really like Hamilton, especially in "Aaron Burr, Sir". It somehow fit my headcanon where Hamilton is a lot like some people I know; eager to stand out, a bit overconfident, still idealistic, but a bit fidgety because he's so nervous on his first time 'out' and he's got so much to tell the world (or Burr). Burr was very charming, I can't get enough of him on stage. I also like Lafayette. Even when he's just standing and grinning, I can see the quirky chivalrous Frenchman right away. It might be just me, but his stance seemed a bit off on "Guns and Ships". Understandable though, it's just a rap with the fastest word per minute ever made in musical history :"
On to the girls, I love Eliza's voice. Somehow sounds a lot like Philippa Soo's. And I'll always be impressed with anyone who can sing "Helpless" properly ._. Angelica was great, she cannot be anything but. PEGGY SCHUYLER WAS SO ADORABLE. Too bad she doesn't get much part :'(. Jefferson stole the show from the moment he showed up. I was like "OMG Dude's so chill and smooth". That chill made the part where he dissed Burr hurt twice as bad. Another note on Phillip Schuyler, I somehow felt his voice was very similar to the original cast xD. I also want to comment on Charles Lee. Dude's got an annoying wicked grin and it was great.
Favorite numbers (in no particular order): Aaron Burr, Sir; My Shot; Non-Stop; Wait for It; What'd I Miss; Who Lived Who Died Who Tell Your Story Overall, everyone was amazing. The show was amazing. I kept wishing I could go back to see it all over again from the beginning. Totally would watch LSPR Teatro's next productions (or perhaps, the actors' future shows).
Totally blown away.
