Their characterization is a blend between Arcane/LoL lore, because as much as I liked the ending of Arcane...I am still very much in love with their thrice-divorced, bitter asshole LoL versions :') It also fits in well with the other Jayvik stories I wrote back during season 1, who had a similar theme going.
