i hate doing a post like this again BUT this should be the last time I have to for the forseeable future, as I finally managed to snag a job!! Unfortunately, I won't see a proper paycheck for at least another 2-3 weeks, and I could use some funds to help w/ getting to work (I have to uber to my shifts) + keep me afloat as I have some bills coming up + get some extra groceries for the house, and my account has less than 50 in it currently. a lot of body positivity is about ‘being fat isn’t inherently unhealthy’ which, yes, while this is true, there are outliers. for some people being fat is unhealthy. that’s okay. they deserve positivity too!

you’re not morally wrong for struggling. you aren’t a bad stereotype. you’re a person. there are so many people out there and such a wide range of experiences that it’s bound someone like you exists. that’s okay. you’re okay.

baitulmaal - provides a variety of necessities, including food, water, shelter, and medical supplies

gaza mutual aid fund - distributes food, hygiene products, water, and other essential supplies, including financial support. run by @/el-shab-hussein's amazing friend Mona. updates can be found on her instagram.

hygiene kits for gaza - provides hygiene supplies including menstrual products, wipes, and toothbrushes/toothpaste

anera - provides a variety of necessities, including food, water, hygiene supplies, medicine, blankets and mattresses, and psychological care

palestine children's relief fund - provides supplies and support with a focus on children. also has an initiative for lebanon
