Does anyone - when reading fanfiction (and not particularly reader inserts or self inserts) - have like an outer body experience when coming to a scene in a fanfic? Like your ship is having a conversation about whatever or it gets a little smutty and you are somehow in the room like some sort of astral projection and all you can do is get up close like you're some sort of peeping tom and just enjoy to your hearts content?

Please tell me i'm not the only one?
