It's been a while, is freddy riley still a muse to you? I'd love to see Freddy Riley in his new S-tier skin.

I really like how you layer your colors. Do you paint over your sketches or do you go with grayscale first? It's really interesting of your process. Theres a distinct texture to the skin and to your clothing that you do as well. I really enjoy them.

sorry i havent been checking my inbox, here's a few inverse mercury ive sketched! unfortunately no paintings but the first one could be if i get the motivation to finish it 🥹. for my process it goes this way; first rough sketch, second rough sketch over it, third "cleaner" sketch over it (sometimes only the fine details like the face, the important is that im lowering the opacity of the other sketches with each new layer), fuse all layers, greyscale values under the sketches, cleanup over the greyscale (mostly loose sketch lines, some very basic rendering/shadows), color in overlay multiply, fuse, fix colors in effects settings and then i just paint over everything (and add thicker lineart where necessary)
