Dearest Khalessi, I asked the earlier question about necromancy, and I wish to ask another if you would be so kind as to answer, Have you ever heard of the Dragonborn? If so what do you think about Him/Her?

This Dragonborn has been mentioned to me by my advisors.  However, their information is quite limited.  Perhaps one day I will make the long journey to meet this person.

Sexy?  Many people find the Targaryen eyes and hair enticing, but...

I have heard of this Skyrim, although I am not sure what you mean by "playing" it.  I do intend to visit there once I am queen of Westeros.

I doubt it will be necessary - from what my hands tell me, the man is nearing death.  To force it upon him so soon would be cruel.

I see no reason to do so, unless they commit treason against me specifically.  Eliminating entire families seems pointlessly cruel.

Jon Snow...you must mean Eddard Stark's bastard.  The only nephew I have, young Aegon, died before I was born.  I can't see how a Stark could be related to me.
