Who do you think I am? Of course I always do two different voices when singing that song. Whoever doesn’t is a liar and doesn’t deserve to be trusted.
And how do I know you’re not just saying this to appeal to my inner broadway heart?

I had to go home and listen to the entire soundtrack of the show. What do you have to say for yourself?
Did you do two different voices when you sang Take Me or Leave Me out loud? Because [ a ] if you say you didn’t sing it out loud, we both know you’re lying, and you can’t be trusted anymore... And [ 2 ] if you do admit to singing it but didn’t do different voices, you did it all wrong and still can’t be trusted.

I’m gonna have that song stuck in my head all night now so thanks for that.
I’m not even the least bit sorry.

what is your biggest regret?
I believe we're supposed to 'forget regret or life is yours to miss.'

Do you want to marry someday?
Potentially, yeah. I think it would be a bit naive to say no because while I don't currently have a special someone in my life, that doesn't mean I won't have one in the future. But of course, that's not to say I'm actively seeking out a wife. If it happens, it happens, you know?

⟿ hyperion heights au ( dec edition );
Booker James Kensley ( Paul Wesley )
thirty-two years old
professional dog training instructor at Pawsitive Choices
single
connections: pals with anyone who’s down for a good time
alternate universe from december 7th to january 7th > [ au; hh ]
Booker James Kensley was the only child born to slightly hippy-dippy parents, which may have resulted with him being a bit spoiled with love and affection, since there was no one else to be showered in it all ( aside from the family dog. ) And while it was a bit overwhelming growing up, as he tried to maintain a cool-kid status, it’s something her very much appreciates in adulthood. His parents helped shape him into the laid back, kind-hearted person he is today, and because of their unconditional support, he was able to walk his own path in life. One that is absolutely riddled with paw prints and dog hair. Becoming a dog trainer bridged the gap between wanting to do something in life that could help others and his love for furry friends. Thankfully, most of the dogs he’s worked with have an excellent turn around rate - even if he’s never really understood why they actually listen to him, but that’s not something he’d ever actually question - especially when it pays the bills! Much like most of the people around him, time off the clock is spent trying to enjoy every bit of life whether that means exploring nature, hanging out with friends, and/or spending time at one of the local watering holes.

Do you believe witchcraft was behind Will’s murder?
Honestly, I don't want to even think of the motivation behind his murder. I was there when he was found, and that — he didn't deserve that.

Why do you think hooded figures were scoping out the homes of Evangeline, Belle and Isabella?
I have no idea. Maybe because we've been dealing with a bunch of sick ass individuals, and they're a bunch of attractive women...? I don't know how the hell any of their minds work, and I think that's for the best, eh? If I knew what they were thinking, then I'd be just as effed up as they are.

Did you know Killian, Kelly or Will?
I'm pretty sure everyone over 21 knows who Killian and Kelly are; they're pretty awesome people, and I honestly hope that nothing bad has happened to them. Will's my best friend... was my best friend. Why the hell is all of this happening? I don't understand. This shit ain't fair.

Do you feel safe?
No, not really. I don't think anyone should feel safe, at this point. So many good people have turned up missing - or dead - that it seems to be a bit naive to have any sense of safety in place, honestly.

How do you feel about the FBI being in town?
I think it's probably for the best, all things considered. Anything over three is a serial situation, yeah? Clearly the town PD need a little bit of help on the matter.

askwillscarlet:
Will was tired of arguing with his parents. He had caused them a lot of grief for his choices as a teenager, but he no longer wanted to be known as the boy who stole and got kicked out of college. He changed and wanted the support of his parents. He had just left their house and as he slammed the door closed behind him, Will wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t mourn him if he were to be one of the few who disappeared.
Thinking he was home alone and that Booker was out at work, Will walked into the kitchen and grabbed a beer and sighed. “I don’t know why I even try anymore.” He sighed and despite being underage, Will had every intention of drinking until the words from his parents didn’t hurt anymore.
@askanopenbook
He had just gotten off of a 24 hour shift that left him feeling like quite the zombie, and yet sleep was the furthest thing from happening... And thankfully so, as the moment the door closed to the apartment, his eyes would have sprung open. Booker had never really been a light sleeper, but this past shift had been one for the books -- all things considered. Making his way out into the kitchen, he leaned against the door frame and propped a foot against the calf of the other as a bit of an exaggerated yawn left his body quicker than he could stifle it. “You try because despite everything, you love ‘em.” It was stated in a matter-of-fact tone as a shoulder rolled into a shrug. “I think it goes without saying that most people strive for their parents’ acceptance.” Moving to grab a beer of his own, he gently clasped his hand on his friend’s shoulder and gave him a bit of a shake. “There’s no fault in any of that.”
Popping the top off of his bottle, he hopped up on the counter and took a generous sip. Perhaps this would help him sleep in a little bit, but until then, he could be a listening ear. “What happened?” Obviously, things didn’t go as planned for Will. “If you don’t mind talking about it, of course.” They could both just sit there in silence if it gave his friend a little peace of mind.

Are you excited for the harvest festival?
I don't think it's in my best interest to disclose how much corn I've actually consumed the past few days, but hey, catch me at the festival tonight, banking in on everything I possibly can since it's the last day.

Do you believe in witch craft?
Obviously. I don't think some of the people in town would be able to look as good as they do without some kind of magic on their side.

The family function would be very boring since it would be a party of 1 - well, 2 if you join.
Hey, you can definitely count me in for next function then. Do you cook? Cater in? Do I need to bring anything? Because I should preface this all with I shouldn’t be trusted in a kitchen unless I’m in there making a drink... And even then, questionable at times.

You mean your family doesn’t have a grimoire they’ve walked you through?
...no? Does yours? Because I’m inclined to ask for an invite to the next family function, if so.
