Their alliance was crucial to the Emperor’s success in overthrowing the Etnarch of the Caucasus Wastes and surrounding demagogues.

She leaned back in her seat to resumes her extremely relaxing hour of tea and the new slate novellisation of the Word Bearer’s latest crusade exploits. She had received the well-worn single purpose slate from her Ligo Aetos, Aella.

“These are really not so bad, although this author seems very insistent that Lorgar is interested in Remembrancer Liona.” She shook her head mildly. She’d thought the author would have made sure to know relevant details, such as that the primarch was not very interested in women. “Aella said she thought Remembrancer Birian was more his type but unfortunately no Birian appears to exist among the Remembrancer cohort of the legion.” It was unclear if she was still talking to Constantin, or simply thinking out loud.
