despite Frisk not dying, they still got hurt, Sans let a kid got hurt because he didn't bother to do more than the bare minimum. Either way, he didn't really kept that much of a watch if Frisk still got injured, like oh yes, just let a kid wander by themself where everyone wants to kill them.

Sans, what are your witness testimony? Was there anything strange about frisk when you judge them at the hall.

The only defenses of Sans's Promise I can find, is the fact he made it before Frisk fell, so it was sort of a blind promise. Also the reason we know of such promise is Alphys's Camera at the Ruins Door. Also anyone else find that Conveniently Shaped lamp like really freaking weird. Anyways, the only things we know of Sans somewhat protecting Frisk is, Hiding Frisk behind the Conveniently Shaped Lamp from Papyrus, while still giving away Frisk's Hiding spot behind the lamp. Arguments can be made for Undyne's Chase, when he distracted the captain of the royal guard by sleeping on the job. Another Argumentative point can be made from his comments made during the MTT Resort 'Date', supposedly protecting Frisk from himself with comments such as "You'd be Dead where you stand". So he did what could be considered the Bare Minimum.

i can see them wearing dresses under very specific circumstances! the circumstances are:

a) the dress Clings to them, b) they didn't have to ride their motorcycle in it, c) they borrowed (?) it from a friend or date
