That sounds amazing love. The workouts while modified do eventually cause a little pain. But I’ve learned to space them out more and give myself proper rest time.

Which is why I’m not giving up. I’m still working out, just doing it to ensure I feel better. I can work on the weight part when I stop producing milk. Which could be fairly soon if my supply doesn’t go back up.

That’s true I just thought I would’ve noticed a difference in my body by now. Though I’ve heard it’s harder to lose weight while breastfeeding so that could be a big reason I’m not seeing a difference.

Mines been softer a lot more. Less milk too…probably why my chest stays soft enough for Cosmos to lay there.
