Who’s more anxious about the baby, Emma or Killian?

Definitely @ask--killianjones. They’re equally excited, but he’s never done this before. Honestly, he reminds me a lot of how I acted before Neal was born, minus the going after of that root, and there are enough of us around to help and support them that he won’t need to. From what they’ve told me, it sounds like there are enough Hooks out there without him creating another doppelganger in order to fight his fears.

On the bright side, he’s been spending a lot more time with his brother-in-law to prepare. (He’s gonna be fantastic.)

I can’t say I don’t believe in true love, but I also can’t say I’ve experienced it, or even really seen it. My mom always said what she and my dad had was true, but he died when I was a kid, so I don’t remember much. When we got married, I figured what Kathryn and I had was close enough, but maybe I was wrong.

Sorry, I’m rambling. I guess what I’m saying is: I believe in it, and I’d love to have it. I just...don’t.

Do you think a part of you maybe wanted to leave? Marriage trouble isn’t easy. I was never married, but I’ve seen plenty of people in here because of it.

I don’t know; maybe? It’s like…I remember what it felt like to love her, but no matter how much I try to draw on that, there’s something blocking me. It’s not that I’m not happy, but I feel like we should be happier, and I don’t know if that’s together or apart.
