An Announcement:
Officially, I am leaving this group. It’s been fun, but it’s time for me to go my own way. I love you guys so much and I’ll never forget the fun I’ve had here. Thanks for writing with me and putting up with my bullshit.
As for my muses, they’re not disappearing entirely. All of them (except for Harley, as of right this moment) can be found in a separate group, @askthedescendantshq . Their links will be posted below. I also run an indie blog, @changingthelegacy , where you can find all of my muses in currently 3 different verses: Star Trek, Descendants, and Haven.
Again, it’s been a lot of fun! I’ll miss y'all.
Ask The Descendants HQ links:
Tayen: @resident-moon-fairy
Willa (Yuka over there!): @bright-star-shaman
Eira: @frostbitten-princess
Mal: @the-wrath-of-dragons
And more! I have a lot of other muses there that have never been seen here before! I would love to show them to you!

Hey guys!
So
My hiatus may just be coming to an end soon, and I’ll be back to writing full time! As of right now I am officially only behind 6 weeks - which is not as bad as it sounds, I promise.
Look forward to seeing more of my girls in the near future!
And by the way!!! Due to the recent abandonment of official OOC mascots, my new OOC mascot is Brendon Urie!

Willa laughed at his reaction. "The bag is made of deer leather, but that is not what I made. I made what is inside of the bag."
ask-amaguk-anatkuk:
Willa smiled. “Thank you, Tai! This is beautiful.” She took the pot gently, humming. She pulled a small leather drawstring bag from her pocket and held it out to him. “I made this for you.”
“And great for insomnia if you make tea out of it,” Tai vouches, taking the leather bag from her and examining it, “You made this? I didn’t take you for a craftsperson. Thanks. It’s nice. What kinda leather is this?”

The shaman looked around in awe at the carnival. They didn’t have things like this back home; in fact, it only made her more happy that she’d come to Auradon. She spotted a stand with a large, colorful sign that read “FUNNEL CAKE” and practically ran over.
A few minutes later, Willa smiled at the girl running the stand, taking her food excitedly. She sat down at a small table to wait for Tai.

Tai brushes some chalk dust off his shoulder, frowning as it smudges across his shirt. In hindsight, it probably would have been better to finish the piece before he got changed. While black clothes tend to hide most stains, chalk dust isn’t one of them. Damn those pastels. Though he doubts Willa would pay any mind to it.
He’s not quite sure what the girl expects. Heck, he’s not all that sure what he should expect. How are dates supposed to work anyway? Should he have brought more cash? Should he have bought a bouquet instead of the one flower? Did she get him any flowers?
The delectable aroma of baked goods wafting by his nose cuts off his train of thought. He follows the scent, and sure enough, his date is waiting there for him.
“Hey. Sorry I’m late, the florist was a talker,” he explains, holding up the small, potted purple passion flower. “This is for you. It’s, like, medicinal and stuff, so I figured you’d be into that.”

Willa frowned. "Is that about your trip to the Isle that Eira told me about? That was truly not a good idea."
"Your gifts of wisdom do not simply wear off, Ayana," Willa said. She put her hands on the other girl's shoulders. "They are always inside you. Sometimes they are just hard to find. Perhaps you simply need some time with nature. I could always propose something to Fairy Godmother."
"Ayana, would you like to go for a run tonight?" - @ask-amaguk-anatkuk
The girl sighed, kicking the pizza box lying near her to the other end of the room in anger.
“I want to. But the headmistress put me on some stupid house arrest. “ she rolled her eyes. “It’s the price I paid so she wouldn’t tell my father about my little breakaway.” she explained. She wondered how much the other girl had heard about it.
“These days I feel like my whole spiritual guidance thing is wearing off.” she opened up. Willa was worth more than her rage.

"It is wonderful to meet you formally, too," Willa smiled. She sat down, brushing some hair from her face. "Yes, trading would be beneficial to my homeland. Our isolation from the rest of Auradon is... is..." She paused to try and remember the word. "Uh... not good? The word is escaping me..."
She hummed, then blinked back into the moment, smiling. "Yes! Yes, of course. I understand entirely. Do not feel as though I am pressuring you into a decision. Any help that can be given is accepted."
At your service.
ask-amaguk-anatkuk:
Willa smiled. She reached out a hand for a handshake (that was how Auradonians greeted each other, right?). “Hello, King Ben. My name is Willa. I am the shaman from an Inuit tribe in Alaska? I would like to see if we could establish a better line of communications with my people, and perhaps even bring more of my tribesmen over for education here in Auradon.”
“Pleasure to meet you, Willa.” He states, a little too enthusiastically as he shakes her hand for a brief moment before gesturing for her to take a seat. “Yes, yes, communication lines are important. For trades and other diplomatic necessities… As well as you connect to your friends and family, of course.” Taking out a folder from the cabinet behind him, he takes a deep breath at the mention of more migration. “Yes, that, uhm,” How much more people can Auradon take exactly? “That might be quite a long process.Or at least, and I mean this in the most respectful way, not really a priority. But, but, I can send over educators and the necessary equipment for a proper education if that helps?”

"I am capable of keeping myself protected, Charlie. If there is an issue I am always able to simply force you to sleep until the sun rises."
Willa, I know I haven't been around very much, but the full moon is coming up. It's my first one alone in a while. Would you maybe like to spend it with me.
“Yes, I heard about October. If it’s not too much trouble, perhaps instead of locking yourself in the dungeons, you could give me your full trust? I may have an idea that could help you get more acquainted with your inner wolf.”

Ben had holed himself up in his office since after the cotillion. Arranging accommodations for the list of Isle children Evie had given him. As well as organising an announcement in which to introduce these children. He knew that plenty of Auradonians were still skeptical about the plan, while some had already raised their voices in concern. As king it was his duty to reassure his people that this arrangement was for the betterment of both parties, and ensure that nothing like the events during his coronation and the cotillion would happen again. But he realised that in doing so, he’d isolated himself from his friends- the students of the prep.
With everything happening all at once, it’s a surprise he was able to find a window of time in which to open his (office) doors to students who might have any concerns. Be it related to or completely separate from the declaration. And yet, even this appointment completely slipped his mind as he was taken aback when someone came into his office and plopped themselves down on the chair.
It takes a few seconds for him to remember and compose himself. “Hi! Hey! I’m glad you could come. Are you, uhm, are you fairing well? What matters would you like to discuss today?”

"I... do not seem to understand your meaning. Are yachts and ships different?"
This place…is weird. I mean, they have room for yachts, but no ships? Does that seem weird to anyone else?
