Doesn't it seem weird to you two? Some attacks are things that all Pokémon can do without needing to learn or forget the attack itself like Bite, Taunt, DoubleSlap, etc. It's the same for Pokémon that have sharp claws and they need to learn Cut in order to cut things despite being able to cut things without needing to learn that attack.

to further explain- hey, anyone can throw a punch. But you have to practice not putting your thumb in your fist, how to stand so you don't loose your balance, where to hit/not to hit to get the most damage. I theorize that Pokemon are actually using "struggle" when they're too tired to put effort in their move.)

Rapidash used to be my favorite pokemon as a kid. I used to try to draw the Kanto variant for hours, so it was nice to return to that!

I referenced a clip from the anime, a very crispy clip, and a trainer was riding it, so I had to do some guess work //WHEEZE
