India is now in Assessment Level 2 which means Financial documents and English exam evidence may not be required while applying. This is applicable to all universities or institutes which are under AL 1 or AL 2. If you apply for University or Institute which is in AL 3 and your country of passport is AL 2, you may still need to provide the documents. This is a great and relaxing news 50000 Indian students studying in Australia and future applicants. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RANKING GETS UPDATED EVERY 3 MONTHS SO IF ANY FUTURE CHANGES WILL BE TEHRE, WE'LL UPDATE ! Also it also depends of case officer from DIBP they can ask fro financial and english exam documents.
