This follows the Worldwide Reinsurance Awards’ recognition of Asia Capital Re as “Company Launch of the Year” in 2007 as well as The Asset’s nod for being the “Most Innovative Deal - Equity” in 2006 at the investment publisher’s annual awards. Asia Capital Re’s entry into the reinsurance industry was also hailed by The Reinsurance Readers’ Awards which named the company “Newcomer of the Year” in 2008. In 2010, together with our shareholder 3i Group, Asia Capital Re garnered the “Best Performing VC/PE-Backed Company” award by the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. More recently, in 2015, The Asset named Asia Capital Re “Insurance Company of the Year” for investment excellence – the third time in four years the company is conferred the honour.
