something so frustrating about black queer artists and musicians being so heavily overlooked especially in the queer community because they're not fucking white. and most of the time their sexuality is questioned too. it's just so irritating to see these amazing people get drowned out over the middest person who isn't dark skinned.

It is funny that I get accused of being specifically transmisogynistic for asking trans people to stop being intersexist, but I think I've been the most openly critical of Alexander Avila's intersexism. And he's a trans man. I've mentioned Contra's intersexism too but Alexander has been more consistently intersexist in the most random contexts. But then I had someone saying I'm coming for trans women specifically (how? Where?) And it's actually confusing bc is it integral to trans womanhood to be intersexist? To trans manhood? I know it's not lmfao. And nonbinary people are just as intersexist as the rest of yah so it's really, really a plea for all of you to fucking help us and do better for us. How is that harming trans people in any way, shape, or form? "This hairy dyke asked me to consider intersex people in my activism and that's almost as bad as having my rights and autonomy stripped" like get the fuck over yourselves. None of yall know how existentially exhausting it is being intersex surrounded by fuckers who could be our best allies who are openly and proudly declaring that they'd rather continue doing harm than ever do better for us.

Hello! Do you feel like Tumblr is a safe platform for intersex people like us? Or is there anywhere safer? /gq

I think tumblr sucks for a lot of queer groups. Particularly intersex people and transfems. But in the way of a platform that is safer for intersex people I honestly just don't know. As bleak as it dounds, every platform I've been on has been worse for us.
