Dear Taylor Swift, I don’t know if you’re going to see this or not but I would be enchanted to meet you! You met my aunt and uncle back in 2007 where they got to personally meet you because they won backstage passes to a meet and greet. They have a signed guitar from you when they met you and still have it today. I’ve been a huge fan ever since 2007 when I heard Teardrops on my Guitar on the radio 11 years ago today (July 15, 2007)! I remember exactly where I was at when I heard that song. I was in the car with my mom driving home from the grocery store. We were just down the street in the neighborhood I grew up in. Your music has helped me through so much in my life! I never gotten to go to a concert because I either didn’t have the money or I could never get tickets because they sold out within 2 minutes. I finally got tickets to the reputation tour in Arlington night 2! I’ll be in Section N! See you there on October 6th!

Up until you squeezed my hand, I never expected this to happen. For ten years I’ve thought about how it would feel to be able to look you in the eyes and tell you thank you. Although there is so much more to say, those two words sum it up perfectly. Thank you for being my rock and my best friend for what feels like my entire life. Thank you for being so open with your thoughts and expressing them so beautifully. For working so hard so that we can all experience life together knowing we aren’t alone. You take the time to connect with each and every one of us, squeezing our hands and even thanking us for being there and supporting you. I can’t think of a more genuine and kind person. It really means the world to all of us. I’ll never be able to put into words what you mean to me, but I know you understand. Thank you for that. Thank you for being there, for speaking for us, and for being so strong.

So much of the magic is experiencing it with others. I really hope the two adorable girls that were beside me sees this video. I didn’t get their names, but they were so sweet and SO excited, I know they, and anyone else in these videos, would love to capture this moment. There are so many amazing people I have met because of Taylor, and I can’t possibly be more grateful.
