This coming from Loki warmed her heart. She knew Loki was sick from the poisoning but he never let his illness take over his life. “Are you sure father”? Lorelei asked. She didn’t like how he pushed himself at times.

"How did you get this"?

Loki touched his finger to the small scar above his lip. “A gift from the dwarves…I lost a bet and they sewed my lips together…it was a long time ago.”

“If you aren’t feeling up to it, it’s fine. I’m sure mother and I can take care of everything”. Lorelei suggested.

Lorelei knew of Loki’s illness; however, they never mentioned it to Amir knowing he is still too young to understand. One day he will probably understand, at least that’s what she hopes. One day they will rule the realm and he needs to know how to run an entire kingdom.

Loki touched his finger to the small scar above his lip. “A gift from the dwarves…I lost a bet and they sewed my lips together…it was a long time ago.”

Both Amir and Lorelei gave their father a hug. “We hope so too”. Lorelei replied. It was a wonderful feeling for just the three of them as a family to hug.

Amir grabbed his dad’s hand and squeezed it. He still didn’t know how to express himself fully so this was Amir’s way of doing so. Amir shook his head and nodded “yes”.

Amir looked at both his father and sister and shrugged his shoulders. “Amir it’s true what daddy said, we wouldn’t have you any other way”. Lorelei replied as she hugged her brother.

Prompt:Request: Rockstar Loki Plot: Loki, who is a struggling musician finally gets his big break and releases his debut album under a major record label. His album skyrocketed to number one within his first week. Loki made several covers of magazines and they named him “The Most Influential Person”. Loki also wins many awards including the most important one of all time. Loki also gives back in many ways and gives concert tickets to fans for free.–asgardian-princess

Loki Laufeyson was seventeen when he started writing music, because everyone in school told him that he should go out with his amazing voice. With the help of his parents he had a recording studio where he’d write and sing his music. However, no matter how hard he tried no one seemed to see the inspiration his music could give to other which was aggravating enough.

At age twenty-one Loki had met the right man named Tony Stark who offered to start his music career and sell his album. “Are… Are you serious?” Loki asked, looking up from his cup of coffee that Tony had offered to buy him as he nods. “Of course. I was sent your album by Thor? I think his name was. Look, I’m not a man who tends to show his emotions.” Tony explained.

“Right.” Loki nods. “However, your music… it opened something inside me that I didn’t realize I needed to be open. I think your music will be loved by everyone. It is awe inspiring.” Tony gestured as Loki’s face heated up at his words, but nonetheless he smiled to him. “Thank you Mister Stark, that means more to me than you will ever know.” Loki stated excitedly.

At age twenty-two he produced his first debut album called ‘Whispers’ at Stark Record Studio that hit number one in merely one week with over two million copies of his album being sold. Every single day on his first tour had been sold out with people pre ordering tickets to the next tour that hadn’t even been planned for due to how his music had touched so many people.

He remembered the first time standing on that stage with thousands upon thousands of people screaming his name, screaming for him. Loki had that grin adorning his face that made the crowd go wild and Loki loved every second of it. “We love you Loki!” The crowd would chant as Loki let out a chuckle. “And I love you. All of you.” He smiles before pulling up his acoustic guitar.

Rolling Stones, People’s , and a bunch of other magazines were plastering his photos all over their covers with the titles of “The Most influential Person”, “His music speaks to everyone”, “His voice is of Angels”. There was videos of celebrities talking about listening to Loki, of young men and women talking about loving his music. Loki never thought in a million years he’d be here.

Loki’s name was called over four times during Award shows and people screamed, clapped and cheered as Loki stood in front of them all. “My brother. My brother is the one who took my music to Stark Record Studio and showed the CEO what I was too afraid to do. So many people told me to go for it, but it was scary. It still is sometimes, but seeing everyone…” He trails off smiling.

“You have no idea what feeling I get seeing everyone listening to what I’ve created. My blood sweat, and tears have gone into each and every song I write. And I know that I did something when I get messages of people telling me that my music has changed them, has given them that fighting chance they didn’t know they had. That’s exactly what I wanted. Thank you.” He held up the award laughing.

He would take time out of his day to meet all of his fans, sign autographs, and even hand them all free merch, or even tickets to his concerts. He was someone who gave back, because he knew it was his fans that got him this far. “You saved me.” A young man whispered to Loki as he signed one of the albums when Loki looked up to see the young man smiling softly down at him.

“What do you mean?” Loki tilted his head. “I haven’t had the greatest life. Your music helps me get through the day. Makes me realize that I am worth it.” The young man explained, tearing up as he covered his face. “I’m-I’m so sorry.” He murmured when Loki immediately stood up and jumped over the table to the young man before jerking him into a tight hug while the young man sobbed.

“Don’t ever be sorry for what you are feeling.” Loki whispered, hugging him even tighter. “You are definitely worth fighting for.” He smiles. “What’s your name?” Loki inquired as the teenage boy wiped his eyes. “Jayden.” He replied. “Really? My mother was going to name me Jayden, but decided on Loki.” Loki grins as Jayden’s eyes widened when he smiles. “Don’t ever give up.” Loki smiles with a wink.

“Thank you.” Jayden smiles when Loki grabs his album and writes his number down onto it. “Here, this is my number. If you ever feel this way again, or just want to chat texts me. I’ll texts you either right away or whenever I can.” He grins happily to Jayden who looked to the album in shock before looking up to Loki. “T-Thank you.” He stuttered before he walked away for the next person.

At age twenty-five he was sitting at the Polar Music Awards listening to all the new bands getting awards. He applauded each one with a smile, because listening to the people’s music coming out seemed more for most people and their issues rather than just the singer’s problems themselves. Loki made music for those who are struggling, and those who need a pick-me-up.

“This year we have one special person who has won the Polar Music award.” The woman smiled, looking around to the people as Loki’s heart began to pound. He wanted this award so badly, it has been his dream since he was young and it was the music form of a nobel peace prize. “This years winner is…” She trails off and opens the envelope. “Loki Laufeyson!” She exclaims.

Loki’s eyes widened for a moment as people looked to him and started to clap. He felt his knees ready to give out at any moment from the excitement that was pumping through his veins at the thought of actually achieving his life’s goal. The moment the award slid into his hand he couldn’t stop himself from laughing as tears welled in his eyes before he started to thank everyone.

At age twenty-eight he received a call from Jayden telling him that he was engaged to a young man named Joseph and he would be honored if Loki would sing at their wedding. He told Loki that he would pay and everything, but Loki agreed to pay for free as a thank you for being invited. Loki smiled to himself after he hung up with Jayden. “This is what it’s like to be a rockstar.” He murmured to himself.
