Hi guys this is ur reminder to treat yourself nicely and listen to ur headspace and not willingly watch or engage with stuff that will keep you feeling shitter than you were before. Don’t watch youtube suggested vids ab triggering topics and discussions (even if it’s warranted for a popular shitty creator to get called out. It’s still stressful at the end of the day and keeps you feeling bummy and horrible.) try not to listen to sad songs if you feel that it will genuinely make you worse. Limit your internet/social media usage if you feel unstable enough to not want to encounter anything remotely triggering or upsetting. Stay with ppl you love or unplug for a little bit if you need ur own space to cool off. Watch something safe and comforting, or play a video game you like. Do something that genuinely brings you joy. Write down how you feel in your personal journal. Or if it helps, use art to cope and express your emotions. Go on a walk. Play with your pets. Make friendship bracelets for your toys. Make sure you eat food.. staying hydrated too. Use affirmations. Just detach and cope in ways that work for you.. try out new skills and see if they help. Please listen to your body and mental health.. treat yourself kindly and learn your limits.
