G.L.O.S.S. ABOUT The short-lived existence of G.L.O.S.S. (Girls Living Outside Society's Shit) was a tumultuous but unforgettable one. G.L.O.S.S. was a hardcore trans-feminist group from Olympia, WA that formed in 2014 and disbanded in 2016. The intense honesty of their music drew in a large audience, and they quickly gained a steady following, so much so that they were eventually offered a contract with Epitaph records. Signing with such a large, wealthy business did not sit right with the band's members, and between that situation, general exhaustion, and a transphobic Twitter rant targeted at G.L.O.S.S. by the noise band Whirr, the group called it quits after releasing their only EP, Trans Day of Revenge.
