Some sketches I made on my bullet journal during a classical music concert. It was a great concert and the opera singer was so amazing that I didn’t even stop to sketch her #bulletjournal #sketch #peoplesketching #tarokonotebook #musitian

What happened to inktober?
What happened to inktober?
So what happened to my inktober challenge? In a few words… it stoped being fun.  Let me explain. Inktober doesn’t need to be easy, it’s called a challenge for a reason, but it’s suppose to be a good excuse to spend an entire month doing something that can really improve your illustration skills: 1. practice drawing every day and 2. practice drawing with ink. These things can really bring more…

Inktober day 10 - gigantic
This is a Gambian pouched rat (Cricetomys gambianus), also known as African giant pouched rat. This amazing animal can grow up to about 0.9 metres (3 ft) long including their tail which makes up half their length. It is not a true rat but is part of an African branch of muroid rodents. Unlike domestic rats, it has cheek pouches like a hamster.
A Tanzanian social enterprise founded by two Belgians, APOPO, trains Gambian pouched rats to detect land mines and tuberculosis with their highly developed sense of smell. The trained pouched rats are called HeroRATS.
Materials: Fineliners: 0.05 , 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 Winsor & Newton watercolours Sketchbook: Hahnemuhle D&S

Inktober day 8 – Crooked I couldn't find an animal that's literally (and naturally) crooked, so I thought of an animal that could be considered crooked figurativelly.
