Fraudster Alper Guler Declared Bankrupt

An investor has successfully filed for bankruptcy proceedings against fraudster Alper Guler, now also known as Elio Alper Skye.

On March 6, 2025, the Oslo District Court declared Alper Guler personally bankrupt. In recent years, he changed his name to Elio Alper Skye in an attempt to escape from his fraud victims worldwide.

The court-appointed trustee is now investigating Guler’s financial transactions and assets. Through social media, he has portrayed himself as a “successful businessman,” but in reality, he has lived a life of luxury funded by fraud. By convincing wealthy individuals to invest in his so-called “trading projects,” he has acquired large sums from investors.

Investor’s Testimony

The investor who ultimately succeeded in getting Guler declared bankrupt, and who has a claim of over 10 million NOK, stated:

“Alper Guler had power of attorney in an investment company. He took advantage of this by emptying the company’s bank account and transferring all the funds to himself before fleeing abroad.”

The investor added:

“We have traced his money and fraud schemes both domestically and internationally, and we are shocked at how many people he has scammed and, above all, how cunning he has been.”

Modus Operandi and Accomplices

Alper Guler reportedly used his Turkish charm and well-groomed appearance to get close to people, especially women. There are fraud victims in multiple countries.

His sister, Gönul Guler, has also been directly involved. In a classic Bonnie & Clyde fashion, she collaborated with her brother to scam wealthy men. As a charming woman, she acted as a gateway and a “honeytrap” for Alper Guler’s trading scams.

In addition to scamming investors, Alper Guler has also failed to pay for luxury clothing. One of Oslo’s most renowned luxury tailors stated:

Claims totaling several tens of millions of NOK have been filed against the bankruptcy estate. The court-appointed trustee is mapping Guler’s activities and will consider reporting him to the police.

Additionally, several figures in the criminal underworld are rumored to have lost money due to Guler’s fraud. Reports suggest that many have tried to track him down, and he is referred to in these circles as the “professional fraudster.”

The first creditors’ meeting in the bankruptcy case will be held at the Oslo District Court on April 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The extent of the fraud will be reviewed, and multiple creditors are expected to attend — possibly to confront Guler face-to-face.

Risk of Flight and Further Proceedings

Speculation suggests that Alper Guler is on the run. As a declared bankrupt individual, he is not allowed to leave Norway, and the trustee may request that his passport be confiscated.

The reckoning has come for Alper Guler, or Elio Alper Skye, as he now calls himself in an attempt to evade legal consequences, his many creditors, and the long arm of the law.
