What Do I Use For My Grimoire?

You can use anything for a grimoire! For a physical one, journals, binders, and notebooks are good. For digital ones, Notion, Tumblr, Docs, and even just your file folder are great.

Witchcraft and periods

TW: This post will contain open mentions of periods, pain, blood etc so if you're uncomfy with that for any reason please skip DISCLAIMER: This is just personal experience, what I do. I am aware others might do other things or more

For pain relief (WILL NOT replace pain killers, please take them if necessary)

Drink a cup of herbal tea, there are a few that is known to help with the cramps but I prefer chamomile. This cup of tea can also be devoted to a deity.

Enchant your hot water bottle to calm the cramps.

Enchant your period products

Wash yourself or use wet wipes, if you can use one with smell like lavender for it's calming properties (Dw I did not expect you to spiritually cleanse your period off)

To feel better

Chocolate, not only does it have properties of joy/happiness, but is scientifically proven to create serotonin, which makes you feel happy!

Mundane can be magical, if moving around helps you, you can try go on a walk in honor of a deity or spirit

Do something calm, like drawing or writing, maybe related to a deity of your choice

Bath or shower. Meditation bath, cleansing, herb infused, anything witchy that helps your mood. Maybe dimmed lights and scented candles as well.

If you got a familiar (that isn't too big) like a cat or bunny they can work as hot water bottle replacement, this was done to help with cramps many years ago.

If you feel like doing witchy stuff, you could manifest with the power of the period.

So basically I created all this with my imagination and reality always changes depending on my thoughts cause my thoughts change my imagination too and change my assumptions so basically my reality changes and finally

These people in my reality (which isn't real) aren't real - that's why they always change with my thoughts

They are changeable and it all depends on me my thoughts my imagination ME AND ONLY ME

Self is the only real thing in my reality

self = void state = awareness = pure consciousness = god (which is me)

So.... basically entering/waking up in my void state is the only real thing in here since everything else is not real then entering/waking up in my void state must be just normal it's just me I am already within myself but I am aware of this physical reality at the same time I am consciousness so I am aware of being pure consciousness that's why entering/waking up in my void state is easiest thing for me cause I am aware of my SELF and me being PURE CONSCIOUSNESS so yeah that's literally it - just be - just enter - just wake up there - just be aware of already having what you want
