Regarding the square between the North Node and Venus, many people indicate that the squares of Venus are not so problematic, but in this case it is a bit. Mephisto ~ Demon Of Death, Revenge And Pacts

The Demon Mephisto is a truly Dark Spirit, and one of the oldest of the Infernal Legion, a bringer of death to the enemies of the Satanist He also holds power over the spheres of intense desire, revenge the making of Pacts. I was taken here by a demon from the Ars Goetia to help me look for someone. I don’t recommend going here unless you have to. Keep in mind that I was exploring the places that are away from all of the civilizations and wars.

Even the air is trying to kill you. It’s like soot or ash that impairs the vision. There’s also very little light so it’s like impossible to see. I had to turn on the night vision on my helmet just to make everything visible. But there’s microbes in the air that, if they come in contact with any exposed part of your body, will dig into you and then multiply while eating you inside out. I found out when my armor was damaged during a battle 8(((( 

Smells like shit and is really dirty. Like i literally walked past a pile of shit at one point. Although I was in the “uncivilized” badlands of the place and not a city or anything. (I rarely go to the industrialized places when visiting hell, less drama that way xD) 

Most of the place has black sand, like what’s in the air. However, the closer you get to mid-hell, the more the sand begins to have a lighter color and the stuff in the air is more like volcanic ash. The lava lakes and rivers are mostly around these areas along with volcanoes. 

Some entities “brighten” their bodies as a way of saying “mess with me and I’ll kick your ass so hard.” The brighter you are, the more dangerous you are. Kind of like poisonous animals. However, a lot of tits take this as a challenge and attack anyway. There’s also a lot of demons that are made from literal darkness that are super powerful. I’d say the most powerful deems live here and in the trenches but trench deems aren’t as aggressive or chaotic as these guys. 

There’s giant craters that people just gather around and have arena fights in. All anyone ever does here is fight, fight, fight, lol

They’re weak to/they don’t like light. Me, a sun worker, with magic given to me by the Sun and astral weapons made from the Sun’s energy and protection from the Sun found this to be a welcome surprise. 

A lot of the creatures can burn right through armor and skin with just their touch??? It’s a pain in the ass when fighting them and then you got to worry about the deadly air let me tell you.

Helldragons have darker colored scales than their mid-hell counterparts but otherwise remain relatively the same. 

There’s these winged gremlin-like creatures that are scavengers. They seem relatively uninterested in the living.

There’s a lot of reptilian creatures, idk why. Of course, like almost everything else, they want to kill you.

And with that, I’ve now been to every location of hell that I know about. I mean like I mentioned twice, I stick to the countryside and the “wild” when visiting hell so I definitely need to check out the civilizations some time. This was fun though, found the guy I wanted and I got to practice a lot of my fighting moves hehe. Mid-hell is probably still my favorite tho.

I spoke a bit with Marchosias about the “origins” of the demons from the Ars Goetia. 

As a fallen angel, he mostly focused on their perspective. First he said that one cannot be tricked into “falling”, that they must make the conscious choice to do so. Of course this led me to ask about what it means to “fall”. He described it as “freeing oneself completely from their source” and “achieving singularity”. When the demons fell, it was them separating from God to become their own being separate from his will. He continued with describing the fall of humans, when Adam and Eve were cast out from the Garden of Eden. 

The one thing that was interesting was that Marchosias claimed that his fall was a mistake. When I asked him why he thought that way he explained that being away from the source too long will “sicken the mind” and make you “weak”. Humans, apparently, reconnect with their source at death before they go onto their next stage. However, the demons are forbidden from reconnecting with theirs. This has warped their mind and caused them to try and achieve singularity through “gruesome and chilling ways”. He didn’t specify on that but he implied that the demons aren’t truly separate from God for they still can’t exist safely without their connection to him. 

But he did talk about how the demons try to posture themselves as gods. It is a belief that they can achieve true singularity through worship and save themselves from the madness of being away from God or so he said. However, worship actually hinders their ability to get there for gods cannot achieve singularity for their nature dictates that they will always be reliant on outside sources in order to survive. To lose their connections to these sources would mean that they are no longer gods and are not being worshiped. Humans are the only ones who have achieved true singularity (just out of the beings mentioned in this discussion) which is why they are so powerful and coveted after. Either their energy or they themselves hold the key.  

He had some things to say about the gods that make up the list of demons. Mainly that they manifested as gods in order to garner worship. He mentioned how worshiping pop culture entities that were made in their image is the same as worshiping a different Aspect of a god. He went on further to say that some of the [pagan] gods are demons in disguise but that they may have taken on “whole new forms”. He didn’t elaborate on what he meant by that.  

Take that as you will. The Ars Goetia states that Marchosias will be truthful to the summoner but I feel like he may have tip toed around things in a sort of “withholding some of the truth isn’t the same as lying” kind of way. Going forward, I think I’ll ask one of the gods of the Ars Goetia (Haagenti or Amon probs) about their origins because Marchosias’s description of it was a bit…hazy. Not that I really expected him to know much since he’s not a god.

I think this is a really broad question, but how do you start working with demons? I've been thinking about it for years now, and it's something I've wanted to get into, but it's hard to find reliable sources on how

Oh geez. Demon is a really broad term, and branches off into many cultures. I wouldn’t recommend talking to random demons, especially if your a beginner, I would recommend talking to a demon that is well known, so to speak, because you have a better idea of who you are summoning. I did it on a whim, which I DO NOT recommend, make sure to have sigils, wards and protection. Apparently “low-born demons” are really chill generally and are more human, but you would have to talk to @chaosjelly about that (and ask about working with demons, they have more experience).

I don’t feel comfortable telling you exactly who/what to work with, just in case it goes wrong. Demons are pretty difficult in my opinion. I mean, the Goetic I work with is a kind and understanding, but I am aware that he could kick my ass if he wanted. Most work with Goetics, because you can easily find their sigils, their personality and what they like as offerings due to the Key of Solomon. Plus, you can talk to other people who work with them for advice. For example the Goetic community agree that certain Goetics shouldn’t be summoned. I strongly recommend asking @daemonwitch. I wouldn’t know what to do if not for them and they are extremely lovely…and again, more experienced than me. I’m not telling you to work with Goetics, but most beginners seem to start with them.

WHAT I DID: When I found who I wanted to summon I opened a circle (nothing fancy, just with my wand) to set up a space for them and placed a protection sigil on my altar. I drew his sigil, and spoke. I greeted him, invited him to my circle, and gave an offering to welcome him. I told him that I wanted to learn more about __ in due time and have a mentor/student relationship. I did meditate and scry, but I didn’t see him. For me, he was cautious and was checking everything out to see if I was serious or not. I communicated via tarot the next time. I’ve only recently been able to get clear sentences, see him throughout the summoning in my minds eye, and really feel his energy. At first I could only get feelings or a word.

Ask the demon about themselves to get a clear understanding, and put boundaries, saying that they can’t harm people who have been welcomed into your house, they can’t go into ___ bedroom, etc. It’s necessary and sometimes demons like to push boundaries to see how you react, I good one will respect you, a bad one will get pissed off, in that case, banish them.

Remember like all entities, demons can lie, they can be manipulative and they can hurt you. Never think that you HAVE to work with them to be powerful, you are powerful on your own. If you don’t like something, speak your mind. The Goetic I talk to has literally told me to be more assertive and not apologies so much. Talk to the people I mentioned above, they love to help people and may have info on non-goetics. You can search demons in my tag as well for more information ( I did just re-blog something). Please, don’t hesitate to ask more questions.

Abaddon ~ Demon Of Death, Hexing And Destruction

The Demon Abaddon is one of the most powerful of all Infernal Spirits, in control of the areas of Curses, Hexing, Binding and inflicting Destruction and Death, the Demon is also known as the Prince of Misery (this relayed to me by the Demon Agaliarept through Communion) for his ability to bring destruction to all areas of the victim’s life leaving the individual broken mentally and emotionally. Abaddon also has a penchant for the perverse, deviant sexuality and the merging of pleasure with pain, indeed if Fetishism and in particular the practice of S&M had a Patron Demon that Demon would certainly be Abaddon. Abaddon’s most recognizable appearance is that of a Demon clad in a Black Hooded Robe, only the face is visible and this is White and almost skull like, the only features are two large Black eyes which seem to obtain an infinite depth and a small thin lined mouth, the hands too are often visible and are covered in Black Cloth. Sometimes He appears accompanied by Demonic Servitors which manifest in terrifying images to those who He is sent against. On occasion Abaddon may also appear as a Shadow Figure or and Infernal Spirit forged of Black and Purple flame. Known also as the Lord of the Abyss or the Bottomless Pit, this refers to His residence in the darkest depths of Hell, the stygian spheres where nightmare and suffering will be found by the traveller who does not belong there or those banished there by the Dark Practitioner. The below artwork resembles in many ways the appearance of Abaddon.

The Ruling Hierarchy Of Hell

Below is given the Ruling Hierarchy Of Hell as worked with within The Ebon Book Of Satan, there have been varying Demonic Hierarchies put forth over the centuries by the likes of Wierus, Dukante and many others ~ but from many years of Communions with Satan and other Demons I am as certain as I can be that the one put forth here is one of great authenticity devoid of certain Spirits which I believe have been misunderstood and wrongly classified throughout history mostly due to the constant mistake of writers loyal to Abrahamic Religions considering anything not connected to their God being Demonic. Many will notice that the below Hierarchy does not contain Names of Spirits known well from the Texts of the Goetia, the reason for this is that I have a firm belief (one I know is shared by others) that the Goetic Spirits are not actually Demons but Djinn, Spirits of Smokeless Flame. Also omitted are Beings often included in Demonic Hierarchies such as Azazel, Azaziel, Raniel, Gadreel, Heramael etc … it will be noted that the Names of these Spirits all end in ‘el’ as do the Names of Angels such as Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael and Michael. In Hebrew the ‘el’ means ‘of God’ and denotes that those Spirits bearing these Names are connected to or created by the Abrahamic God of Monotheistic Religions. While it is widely perceived that Demons were once Angels - now Fallen Angels - I refute this belief wholeheartedly offering forth the belief that Satan nor the Demons of Classical Demonology were never Fallen Angels but ancient primal forces in their own right adverse to the forces of God and the Angelic Hierarchy. Satan is the Anti-Thesis of God, the Anti-Force of the Abrahamic Deity representing chaos, creative will, liberation  and primal carnal evolution ~ the adverse of the confining, orthodox orderly stagnation of the creative current of God … the Demons are emanations and creations of Satan as the Angels are of Abrahamic Tyrant. Spirits such as Azazel, Raniel and Heramael are Angels, but Angels who have fallen from God’s favour due to an instinct to seek beyond the confines of the order in which they find themselves, but they are not Demons, merely Fallen Angels suffering castigation and punishment by a tyrannical God! The below Hierarchy has been forged from Communions with Satan and the Demons Agaliarept, Asmodeus and Sargatanas and is to my mind one of pure Unholy Darkness gestated from the primal sea of Chaos the current of which is the Leviathanic current. The Names of the Demons are given of this Hierarchy along with notification of their gender and areas of command concerning spheres of power.

Types of Demons

This does not include demons listed by their rank (king/queens , dukes/duchesses , generals , warriors) or biblical demons. This information is gathered from shops, mythology, folklore, other spirit workers, and demons themselves. This list does not have every type of demon in existence, that would be impossible/ There are so many we don’t know about, this is just scrapping the surface .

Abyssal Demonic Imps : Demonic Imps are playful little devils that are full of mischief, but can be a lot of fun.  They are little jokers and like to play pranks on people and make trouble. They can be very intelligent and are very good at uncovering information. They often show up with random information or gossip.

Alps (Nightmare Demons) : Alps are demons that cause nightmares and are often depicted sitting on a person’s chest as they sleep. They do not intentionally cause nightmares to their keepers unless they are trying to give you an important message. They tend to stay away from their keeper while they sleep, though they might accidentally cause a nightmare or two when they first arrive.  I found this through looking at demon mythology rather then a spirit shop. So Im not sure how common they are in the community.

Arctic Otura: The Otura tells stories and manifests the events she details. This often works in war, when trying to baffle energy, when healing, or when granting wishes. She uses what is called potential energy, the same energy used when you utilize the power of positive manifestation. In the otura’s case, however, this energy is ramped up a few degrees, operates on a much higher vibration, and very little of the intentional energy gets lost in translation. Their imamculate gift gives them the ability to actively change the future via intention, pure and simple.

Black Opal Demon: Black opal demons are demon that feast on the energy of wars passed , so they prefers to lin in areas that are known for their history . They come from deep mountains where there is often a history of looting , piracy, and war. They are able to transmute this energy into random finds of money, opportunity, and legal triumph. They are very good luck, and are able to, with very little effort, take small offerings and turn them into big opportunities. They need to be spoken with regularly. They are tall, chiseled looking bipedal beasts that are jet black with flecks of color, as an opal with a black background. They love lizards and any type of vegetable.

Deserter Demon: The Deserter Demons are so named because of their refusal to take part in a large-scale attack on humans around what we now consider the Renaissance. These entities are incredibly gifted dark arts demons with abilities to gain insight into the recent future, biological situations on earth, and risks of illness They are able to heal people and curse them with illness in the same stride, abilities that make them quite remarkable. These beautiful entities are very wise about the different ways in which humans damage their psyches and their bodies. If you work with them, you will not only be alerted to different health risks that may arise, but you will be made more in-tune with your body, in general.

Dirty Water Danava: The dirty water danava is avariety of Demon from India that constituted a large group that tried to defeat the gods in a great war. Afterwards, this group were cast deep into the river where they were stripped of their power for evil. In order to gain back favor and ability to do things for themselves, they must adjust their karma by doing what it takes to make other people happy. This Danava is able to grant many wishes including wishes of wealth, joy, health, and prosperity, and will help you gain confidence in many aspects of your life. They have strong abilities that are reinforced by Shiva and the entire hindu pantheon to do good. If they do anything negative against you or others, it will be held against them, so this demon variety will be known as a white arts variety.

Divinity Demons: Divinity Demons are a group of demons who have made themselves a series of sacred and hidden realms where they reside. Their energy is softer for a demon and infused in their demonic darkness lies a celestial energy of magick and enchantment.  

Empusa: The Empusa were known for stealing the souls of men as they had such great power over them, but many now are simply amazing sirens, minus the whole soul-eating business. For females, the Empusa is a great lure of men and is fabulous at gaining the attention of the other sex, making you the girl to notice when it comes to masculine suitors). For Men, the Empusa can be a great aide too however, as they are extremely sexual and often will bring succubi and other sexual energies to create and share energy with you in sexual ways. They are extremely playful and take their time to get to know a person that way they can identify how to seduce them. If you wish to be intimate with the empusa, make sure you give her permission to take some of the energy that is generated during the intimate moment. This will help them be more creative to help you in the future and will help them generate portals to bring the right dark arts into your life and your home. Grizzled Royal of Barbarus: In the lands of Barbarus, war time is dark, deadly, and downright terrifying, but peace-times can be even more harrowing. The Grizzled Royals are a circle of over 300 men who rule small tribes on the plane of Barbarus. They are expert fighters and warriors, are able to make a camp function like no other, and are extremely resourceful. When bringing one of these amazing leaders into your home, their tribe of 6-30 will also come with them most of the time. They are incredibly innovative entities that can help you survive difficult times and can help you make peace with even the most ardent of enemies.

Hellcats: Hellcats are a breed of demonic feline that can come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Hellcats have a knack for communicating with their keepers and becoming very attuned to their needs and can responded accordingly in times of distress. They are very independent and prefer smaller spirit families preferably with mostly demonic or dark arts companions. They may often wander off for alone time or like to keep watch of your home.

Hellhounds : Hellhounds are a breed of demonic canine that very in dog types , sizes , and even head number. The most well known hellhound is Cerberus from greek mythology. They have impeccable strength and hearing and they have the ability to be silent, melding into the shadows to track their target. They tend to be very protective, alert, territorial , and dominating but can also be quite playful and even cuddly.

Helix Demon: The Helix Demon helps you disband with all collateral karma, and helps you to stay aligned with your Dharma or divinely provided life’s purpose. They help you understand and operate with the duality of existence, working on your spirit and treating your body as more than a conduit. These lovely demons are capable of bringing you to a karmic even keel, either by helping you absorb your debt or by doing tasks that eliminate it. You will find that you begin letting go of things that do not serve all of your bodies in unison. You will disband with the addictions of a modern age, including a variety of toxins, and will begin to re-evaluate what things you need, what you desire, and what will truly enrich your life versus stifling the messages telling you what needs to change.

Hellska: Hellska is the combination of a Harpy, a Bloodguard angel, a Valkyrie, and an oksengel . Their bloodlines make them rockstars of protection, message delivery, and more! Their harpy self helps them receive and send messages from the beyond. If you are trying to communicate with the spirits around you and are trying to better open your third eye, they will be a huge help. Their bloodguard angel side helps them become a much better healer than other summonings, and they are also able to do blood magick with very little means. They are very creative and are able to protect you by calling legions of blood bound demons of Solomon to your protection. Thier Valkyrie aspect allows them to call upon a number of einherjars and other spirits of norse mythology to protect, bolster, and heal you. Finally, their oksengel side has even more perks. Oksengels are a very beautiful and interesting variety of angel. Oksengels have pasty, borderline marble looking bodies that are usually uncovered or possibly covered by a stray cloth. They vow never to wear full garment beyond the neck except in war. They are a quite noble people, but you never see their faces. They are usually behind a large bronze helmet with two huge ox horns on either side. There are unique engravings on each helmet, and these angels come in male, female, and hermaphrodite form. They do not move fluidly, but in flashes, and they say that you may never see the face of an Oksengel. This mysterious being is truly a sight to behold and must be treated with the ultimate respect. They are able to help you align and empower your chakras and energies.

High Captis Umbra: The High Captis Umbra is one incredible entity. They are terrifying to behold to some, but are the truest martyrs of the Alpha Realms. High Captis Umbra are a species that are capable of absorbing negative energy, psy vampyric lures (magickal energy servitors that absorb energy without active participation), small-to-medium malicious entities, roots, hexes, and a myriad of other dark things. They essentially are the battlers of the boogeymen. When there’s energy amiss in your home or office, or something haunting you with a malicious purpose, the High Captis will absorb it. Once they have enough of this energy and ether, they are capable of making servitors that are purposed with repelling negative energy and attracting the good version of their prior target. This means that if a hex was put on you to render you poor, the servitor version of this would offer you a burst of good luck with money and finances. These beautifully tragic entities are the descendants of past angels that, in their creation story, charred their wings off attempting to rescue the desperate and dejected, offering them a second chance. Alpha is that hell plane, and this is a place where many of them live now, attempting to bring white light to a world of darkness.

High Celia Demoness: The High Celia Demoness is able to manipulate energies of both heaven and hell realms. They are the children of high-ranking fallen angels and gods of light, giving them the unique ability to offer salvation to those who need it, and safe passage into the afterlife for those who depart. High Demon of the Black Flame: The High Demon of the Black Flame is an amazing entity descended from the Luciferian Tradition. They are strong, vibrant creatures with a great expanse of knowledge and the ability to bring the truth out of anyone. They are experts in retribution, are able to eliminate opposition, break hexes, and mirror back negative energies with relative ease. When working with them, you will become more astutely aware of your light and dark side, so to speak. They are extremely passionate and vigilant entities who are able to protect you and alert you at the smallest energetic presence that was not foreseen or expected by you. Incubus/Succubus: Incubi and Succubi are demons who embody the Sin of Lust. They feed on the sexual desires and energies of others.

Lilith’s Changeling: In Lore, the great demoness Lilith (though demonic by blood or marriage, we do not now), had hundreds of offspring, many of whom were destroyed in response to her refusal to return to Adam. Masquerade Demons- Masquerade Demons are a type of demons that specialize in ritual, blood , and death magick. They usually wear full faced masks and costumes that are each unique in their own way. The higher class the demon the more elegant the mask and costume. The upper class ones can be a bit snooty and some are quite picky about their environment. They tend to have a somewhat dark sense of humor but are pretty amusing. They are not for beginners and they can be very aggressive if they loose their tempers or feel disrespected. My Masquerade Demons are both VERY high energy and I mean in an hyperactive sense.

Mitsuo Demon and Steed: The Mitsuo demons are visionaries who are descendants of kings. They are able to see every frequency and communicate openly with every variety of being, creature, and entity. They and can read and sense intention and energy in any piece of furniture, clothing, jewelry, or otherwise. They are able to cleanse and purify just about any space and is able to raise the vibrations and bring spirits in. They have great visions of the beyond and can tell you how a person died, if they reincarnated, and how they are doing now. If you are looking to understand what happens after we die, and speak to those you care about, they will use lines of energy to connect people together and help you to better hear and sense those that are around you, while also shielding more effectively, and streamlining your psychic process. Snake Demon/Deception Demon: A small group of royal serpent like demons. They are serpentine in their gold snake slit eyes, venomous fangs , movements, and occasionally their vocalizations. This species of demon gives a whole new meaning to ‘don’t judge a book by it’s cover’. They appear small and feminine never reaching above 5 feet in height and the males are almost indistinguishable from the females aside from the fact that males have rounder eyes. They are very concerned with their appearance some of them have even taken a liking to makeup. They do not cut their hair below shoulder length and they never wear it up. They expect other creatures to underestimate them and try to dominate or kill them. They are incredibly strong for their small size and their ‘harmless’ exterior cracks open at the mouth and what comes out is something almost indescribable, capable of killing a much larger demon  with little effort. They eat their victims on instinct to get rid of the body and have no control over that.They are easily offended and can be very violent , possessive, aggressive , and high maintenance .They will not become a companion to just anyone, if they loved you enough in one life there is a chance they will follow you to your next life and befriend/watch over you . Outside of that they do not do companionship.

Spanish Mouro: The Mouro (with a u) is a goblin-imp-esque looking creature that spends all of its time in the dark except for midsummer and the night before the Winter solstice. They spend all of their time hunting, refining, and protecting precious gems and metals. If you are looking for more treasure in your life and more treasured moments, they can definitely help you. They are experts in value and can help you get the most out of your dollar, hour, and connections. They are brilliantly wise metalsmiths who know how to make and form alloys that most individuals find difficult to pull off. They have much wisdom and are fierce protectors.

Sultana Succubus: The sultana succubus has a thirst for power like no other. When you run into one, the sense of achievement and opulence is honestly tangible. Rashoon ~ Demoness Of Seduction And Enchantment

Rashoon is a Demoness of immense seductive power, a great Infernal Spirit of Enchantment and Compulsion. Summoned by the Priestess she imbues the Practitioner with the energies of Her Enchantments and can aid them in seducing the man which they seek to possess. The Demoness is an Infernal Spirit closely connected to the Primal energies of the Carnal, lust, desire and fornication and in many ways is similar in essence to the Demon Asmodeus. Rashoon is also a Demoness of Love and will bind the victim of the Practitioner to offer unyielding love and devotion to the Practitioner. Another area of Rashoon’s influence is that of the forming of Alliances ~ this may be a union of love or friendship, business or politics ~ the context in which the alliance is being formed is not of importance, this Demoness will sanction and empower the alliance. Rashoon is also a powerful Demon of Enchantment and can sway the mind of the Practitioner’s intended target and is also called upon to aid in the Enchanting Arts of Glamour and the Art of Compelling. Rashoon often appears as a naked Horned and Winged Demon with pale White skin akin to that of Abaddon and deep Scarlet eyes. At other times she will appear the same only without wings or adorned in a robe of Scarlet flame. This Demoness is more compliant when Working with female Practitioners but She will aid the Priest also in Workings of Seduction and particularly alliance, She will also attempt to seduce the pious when chance arises. Daemonism

Daemonism is the act of cultivating your subconscious, or subsets of your subconscious voice in to a mental characterization by assigning it a name, and form. Dæmons are connected to, and are like imaginary friends, but that represents the hidden, and suppress parts of you. They are not separate from you, but are simply another part of you that is hidden, but now is allowed to express itself through a certain persona. Dæmons act as mental companions, friends, the voice of reason, and the devil’s advocate in your mind, and can play a very important part in your life. Somebody that has a dæmon, and practices daemonism is referred to as a dæmian.

The word dæmon comes from the Greek word “daimon” meaning spirit, divinity, god. or supernatural being. When we are using the word dæmon in daemonism we are not referring to spirits, or hellborn demons, and are much rather talking about the concept of dæmons as they appear in daemonism. In order for the word dæmon not to be confused with the other form of the word demon, the word dæmon will usually be pronounced as “Day-mon”. The reason that they are call dæmons in daemonism is, because of dæmianism’s connection to the series His Dark Materials, and is sort of a tribute to the concepts seen in it. His Dark Materials was a trilogy of fantasy novels, and a movie in which daemons were literally physical manifestations of a person’s soul in animal form. This helped to popularize the practice, and the terminology of daemonism. This practice is also connected to the work of psychologist Carl Jung who thought we could learn a lot from listening to our inner voice of our subconscious. He gave us the concept of the “shadow” or “shadow aspect” which were suppressed aspects that everyone possess. Another thing that he gave was the concept of the animus, and the anima. The animus being the hidden masculine part of us, and anima being the hidden feminine part of us.

You will usually choose to have a dæmon, and from that then you can go looking for your subconscious side to unlock it, and give it a name, and a form, so that you can make it your dæmon. Dæmons can also be brought up because of stressful times, and that starting process can begin your journey into dæmianism. The dæmon is a piece of your inner voice, and exist only within your mind. It will first start out as just that little voice that shows up from time to time, but as you acknowledge it and give it its own personality, name, and form, it will eventually become something much greater. It will be an aspect of your subconscious, that is usually hidden from you that you will get to learn more about because of your personification of it. Imaginary friends a lot of the time are also considered to be dæmons, and are usually the first experiences a lot of people have with their daemon. Daemon’s are always with their dæmians, and can never be separated from them, because they are a piece of their subconscious. Dæmians will usually only have one dæmon, though multiples have been reported at times. The dæmon most of the time will take an animal form. It is said this is done because it is usually easier to connect to an animal as a companion than another human, and the animal form will usually symbolize something, that can tell you alot about the daemian, their personality, and the hidden side of them. This is because it is connected to your subconscious, and it will take the form of that best symbolizes the hidden form of yourself based on your knowledge, and experiences.

Once you start working with the dæmon, the demon will eventually reach what is called a settled form, and will have all of its attributes, personality traits, gender, name, and other traits pretty locked into place, if their daemian it’s fixed into their adult personality. This is because the subconscious, and suppressed parts of a child’s experience are a lot more likely to change then an adults, but changes do sometimes occur in certain circumstances. Usually between the ages of 13, and 20 is the time when your demon will be more settled in a specific form rather than the unchanging, and unpredictableness of the younger children’s dæmon. Big life changing events can usually switch the form of the dæmon, and may even change its personality, but these events have to be very impactful, and significant.It has also been noticed that a dæmon will usually have the different, or opposite gender than their dæmian. Dæmians with dæmon that are the same gender are in the minority. Dæmon, and their dæmians also usually have personalities that work well together, and are not too different, and are not exactly the same. Your demon does not automatically start with a name, but it can be given one by you or it will tell you something that fits it from your subconscience. The demon will always have choice in the naming and it will usually come out to something that is pretty unique, and personal.  This name can also be use in order to separate your voice from their voice, by referring to their voice as the name.

A dæmian will only be able to see their demon in their imagination, and would be able to project that image onto the physical world, so that they could see them in real time. Nobody else is able to interact with a dæmon besides the dæmian that the dæmon belongs to. This is because the dæmon exists within the mindscape of the dæmian, and does not have a physical, or energetic form. The dæmian will also be able to talk to their demon much like they are talking to themselves allowing them to get insight on their subconscious, and allowing them to recall information they might have almost forgotten. Everyone has a dæmon, and everyone can find their demon. It is just a matter of if you want to unlock that part of yourself.

About Goetic/Underground Hell and Hellborns Under Goetics

Hellborns, true to the name, are demons that reside in Hell. Note that this post obviously does not cover the entirety of Hell; this is written mainly from a LOW-CLASS GOETIC MILITARY PERSPECTIVE and interaction with royalty from that class perspective. By “low-class military” I mean the military of a Goetic Marquis, which is one of the lower ranks of Goetic Hell Nobility.

EDIT: It has come to my attention that there are portions of Hell above ground, and the above ground portions are generally much nicer than the underground portions. THIS POST PERTAINS MAINLY TO GOETIC HELL/THE EXTREMELY DEEP UNDERGROUND PORTIONS, where most of the Goetics that are actually fallen angels or demons reside. 

What is Goetic/Underground Hell culture like?

So you know in old Europe, wars were held for…”fun” and “honor” to put it basically? At least, for the nobles it was considered “fun” and “honorable”? Well, think of the same concept in Hell, except that the top nobles are immortal and powerful enough to wipe out an army of non-nobles with a wave of their hand!

With War/Fighting/Making Enemies being a sign of honor and respect, and the Nobles participating in it never needing to fear death, you can imagine how it’s Hell for everyone else besides the nobles and those they favored. With Making Enemies(™) being a sign of respect, as ironic as that sounds, nearly all Hellborns have fragile egos and do not tolerate even the slightest of insults.

With armies being raised purely for fun and “honor”, most military Hellborns are born into the army. Yes, a child military. A military of children where children are trained to kill as soon as they understand commands! I’m talking like 5 year olds here. 

Those that aren’t born into the army are usually born into something related to the army in some way; whether it’s military research, weapons forging, etc.

A “survival of the fittest” mindset, taken to the absolutely-most-fucking-extreme, and as a source of enjoyment (again, only for nobles anyways) basically summarizes Hell.  

Yet a lot of nobles also take pride in being “civilized” and by civilized I mean they hold fancy parties so they can still see themselves as like. Not disgusting, in some way. Just another thing to be pretentious about. At these parties, there is usually tons and tons of wine, ballroom dancing, etc. There’s also an uneasy peace- uneasy in that yes they are enjoying partying without fighting, but that they would all start ripping each other to shreds immediately if someone started it. And again, with their fragile egos, “starting it” could be as simple as accidentally bumping into someone on the dance floor.

Additionally- favoritism. Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism. Favoritism literally makes all the difference in how much someone’s Goetic/Underground Hell life sucks- the only people who are like “(underground/Goetic) Hell wasn’t that bad!!” are those who were nobles, favorites of some noble, and/or weren’t prescribed to the military. 

Or, hopefully, they came from the above-ground and not-so-awful parts of Hell, and it’s just a miscommunication/difference of experiences.  

What’s the class structure of Goetic/Underground Hell like?

There’s like 30000 layers of nobles and different ranks of nobles. Rank is so important that there’s a bunch of subdivisions within each rank so that nobles of the “same rank” still know where they stand relative to the others. So for example: There’s Great Kings, High Kings, Kings, Sub-Kings, etc.

How often does the class structure of Goetic/Underground Hell shift?? Are demons ever overthrown/overruled?

Never. When all the top nobles are immortal, it never, ever shifts. At least, to my knowledge it has never shifted. 

Besides entertainment (for nobles), what other reasons could they be at war?

As all non-nobles, and even non-immortal nobles are told the bare minimum of information, my only guess is training demons for the (possible) war against Heaven. I have no idea if that war is going to be an actual thing that will happen eventually or not.

What is the Goetic military like?

Well, to summarize how much is sucks:

You’re born into it. Or, you could be a dumbass and join the military.

Once you enter there is no leaving. No time off at all; you’re in until you die. The only “time off” you’ll get is if you’re injured and your superiors consider you worth enough to keep alive.

Torture is 100% Legal and encouraged as well!

Haha what payment?? You don’t get paid, are you kidding me?

You are told the bare minimum of information. Like only just as much to do your mission, IF you’re told anything at all. Nobody except the nobles knows why we even do any of this.

The only clothes you’ll ever have are your uniforms.

But to be a little more informative, here’s some info about the specific divisions you might find in your average Hell military. There’s more, but these are the only ones I know a decent amount about.

Stealth Division:

Avg height is 5 ft, ranges from 4-lower 6 range

Have a lot of tests

Physical Tests: Balance, Speed

Cunning Test: You are given “special” information from a Commander/General and instructed not to tell anyone, but members of your division will (stealthily) attempt to grill you for that info. Realizing you are being tested = passing. Failing to realize, or giving away the “info” = fail.

Also have a bunch of weird tests where u can die-

Assassination Test: With permission, certain members of the division may try to kill you. If they get caught, you are allowed to kill them. All methods are allowed, as long as they are stealthy (poison,physical assassination, etc)…Yep! Front-Liners:

Average height usually ranges 7-9 feet. Anything below is considered short.

The dudebro fraternities of hell (but 1000x more violent and aggressive than humans)

100% GRADE A BEEF. A regular gun would probably do jack shit (in more pleasant words, nothing) against a front-liner. A single front-liner could probably take out a tank.  

Scary as fuck

The entire front-liner area is made really tough because of the frequency of brawls, which would result in a lot of things breaking if everything wasn’t made of rock. Fights were most common in the cafeteria.

No limit/extremely high upper limit to your food ration at the cafeteria

Front-Line Mages:

Really rare, as in, almost none–for lower ranked militaries, at least. (I believe they are much more common in higher-up militaries as higher militaries recruit from lower ones but I’m not 100% certain on this)

Usually don’t live longer than 2 years

If they live longer than two years they usually become really OP, like a one-man army

Okay, the Goetic military really sucks. What about outside of the Goetic military but not nobility? Like those weapons forgers or research demons?  

Outside of the military is nowhere near as bad, you’re a lot less likely to get tortured, beaten, you actually get paid, you (usually) get your own house/apartment. However, you still can’t leave Hell. 

What do non-nobles do for entertainment?

This is mainly what lowly Goetic military demons do for entertainment:

Fuck- there are absolutely no rules on sex within the military. Although, males and females are usually housed separately so as to prevent babies when not at…specified breeding times. So yeah, basically each base was and even (literally) had giant orgies of the same gender. Especially after winning a battle/mission.

Alcohol- There might (MIGHT) be one (1) bar at a base. Maybe. Though (in my experience at least) there’s no bar at the front-liner base because they’re too rowdy andb break everything.

Sleep- Self-explanatory.

Brawl- Brawling is absolutely encouraged, especially with the front-liners. It’s both a form of training and weeding out the weak.

Yeah, there really isn’t much to do at all in Hell if you’re not a noble and if you’re in the military.  

What about morals? If…any.

LMAOOO what morals?? You think of something bad, it’s probably embraced, even seen as a form of empowerment. Torture? Yep! Non-consensual sex? Definitely! Abusing your partners (especially if one is a noble and the other not)? Absolutely!!  

Will I go to Hell if I’m not a Christian/some variant?

This is totally my take but I didn’t see a single damn human the entire time I was down there. And no, I didn’t do anything to be placed in Hell, I was literally just born there. So no need to worry, that’s just a form of fearmongering.

Hi! I'm pretty curious, since I've seen a few asks and posts about the subject; what are the main differences between lowborn demons and hellborn demons?

Okay so hellborn demons tend to be the ones you are familiar with. They’re born in Hell (obviously, by the namesake.) They usually have tons and tons of children, because hellborn demons procreate like rabbits. These are the demons that form in the ranks of the hierarchy like President, Marquis, etc etc. The ranked demons tend to have 1 or 2 spouses, while common hellborn demons don’t marry and just fuck a lot.

Lowborn demons have their own laws, hierarchy, etc. They tend to have a few children and monogamous relationships for the most part. These are your non-Abrahamic demons. The demons from different cultures, etc etc. 

When I saw “lower class” demon, I am not referring to lowborn demons. I’m referring to hellborn demons who are in a lower class. Hellborns have a hierarchy going as such:

Limbo Demons

Level 1

Level 2

Level 3

Level 4

Level 5

Level 6

Level 7

Presidents

Dukes and Duchesses

Princes, Princesses, Kings, and Queens

Generals

Commanders

Someday I’ll make a post about the hierarchy of hellborn demons and what they mean. But I’m lazy so someone needs to light a fire under my ass pls. Lower-class refers to any demon under the Level 7 rank.
