If you see the light break through the clouds and fire up the distant towns. When you call for home when you are lost, for evermore or whatever it costs.

That sounds like a lovely idea! You have always been a wonderful cook, they will love it. Will you let me know how it all turns out?
Longest trip of my life.
I think I’ll probably make them some cookies and stop by to talk to them. Calls wont be enough. I’ve missed them all pretty badly.

Understandable. Oh don't apologise, it's known that I worry far too much! But do give your friends a call, I'm sure they'll appreciate it.
Longest trip of my life.
I know I should have let people know but…I just needed to go. It was a spur of the moment decision to get away from everything that was going on. I needed to take a little time to face my own demons you know? I’m sorry that you worried! I didn’t mean to make anyone worry.

That sounds extremely relaxing, despite all the driving. But dear, why didn't you let anyone know? Me and others were just as worried about your well being! Oh, of course not. Not that much time has passed, although it may feel like it.
Longest trip of my life.
Just traveled. I needed to take a little time on my own to get my head clear so I went on a road trip. Visited different places all over England. Dad was worried but we kept in contact so it wasn’t too bad for him. I had a wonderful time though. Have I missed much around here?

How lovely! Where did you travel to? I'm sure Elmer had his heart on his hand through the whole time. However, from the looks of it, you had a fantastic time.
Longest trip of my life.
I’m so incredibly glad to be home. It’s crazy but I really missed Camden.

Then there you go! There's this great bookshop, Camden Tales, just around the corner. I'd like to think the owner is a friend of mine, you'd love the place and him as well. Pick up a copy and tell me what you think; if you don't want to spend the money, however, I'd be happy to lend you mine.
Oh, how rude of me! Going on and on without introducing myself. I'm Aradia, dear. It's wonderful to meet you.
I’ve heard about the Hunger Games. I don’t think I’ve heard any bad reviews, either.

His death takes only one chapter, the rest is all about him meeting the five people. But oh— another book I've enjoyed is... what's it called? The Hunger Games! It's very nasty in some ways, a lot of death, but the concept is incredible. If you ignore all the blood, I'd definitely recommend.
That sounds very interesting, I might pick it up, but I’m not much one for reading about death.

It's about an old man's death; Eddie dies and goes to Heaven. And in Heaven, he meets five people that help him understand his time and life on Earth, because by the book's philosophy, that's the greatest gift God can give you— to understand your human life.
What’s it about, besides the obvious, if you don’t mind me asking?

Oh, I have to suggest my current favourite: The Five People You Meet in Heaven. It's a truly brilliant book, even if you're not at all interested in Heaven and its doings.
I need a new book…any suggestions?

How would getting my cat murdered help? I guess I should have seen such a comment coming from you.
Oh, I don't know, I love it here, but most people don't... for mysterious reasons, I suppose. I find it lovely.
Hello Camden.

Most of us only get one chance to live, yes. But the thing is, would you know if you had more? Would you know if this is your first, or last chance? Choose the ones you are passionate about, then. Make them your priority. You'll have a fulfilling life, I can feel it in my bones.
I don't want you to see this as a burden. We must make the best out of every situation, and if we do, half of our problems disappear.
That would be an amazing outcome.
Alright, so...

I'll let you in a little secret, Son of Darkness: efforts are never a waste.
Acquantaince-friend-thing? Whatever is that supposed to mean? I'm old, boy, too old to understand the things kids say today. Would you mind explaining it to me? They said nice things, I hope? Like I said, she's wonderful.
It’s appreciated, really. It’s nothing important enough to waste your efforts on, though. I trust that it’s one of those things that get easier with time.
It seems as though some people morph the suffering into something entirely different and turn it into art. It’s quite impressive, one of the few things I like but haven’t ever gotten to fully appreciate.
Emily Crawford… that name sounds awfully familiar. I’m fairly certain I had an… acquaintance-friend-thing(?) that has mentioned her before. I might have even run into her before for what it’s worth.

Very angry, and sneaky. He's been going out at night all by himself and coming back the next day as though he's a human teenager! It worries me, but I know cats are independent enough to find their way back home.
But tell me! What brings you here?
Hello Camden.

Loveliest? You... know I'm not good with sarcasm.
I'm fantastic, thank you for asking. Ziggy is doing very well too, naughty, but well.
Hello Camden.

Oh, I know very well who you are! Hello, Edmund. How have you been?
Hello Camden.
I might as well introduce myself. After all, it’s the only way anything gets accomplished, and everyone needs a… “friend” or two.
