What is Flexifuel?

Flexifuel is an ingenious, highly efficient new system from Arada that makes choosing the right fire for you that little bit easier.  When it comes to purchasing a fire or stove, things can get a little complicate: knowing which fire is the best for the flue in your house, and which type of fuel to burn.  The new Flexifuel system alleviates some of those questions by providing you with the choice to burn either wood, solid fuel or multi fuel - you no longer have to choose between a wood burning stove or a solid fuel stove. Different types of fuels need particular conditions to maximise their efficiency.  Wood burns better when resting on a bed of ash with plenty of air flow above.  Solid fuel, on the other hand, requires plenty of air circulating beneath it.  The Flexifuel system consists of an intelligently designed Flexigrate which is specially constructed to cater for your choice of fuel.  The shape of the grate is specifically fashioned to accommodate the shape of a wood burning tray to enable larger amounts of wood to be loaded at one time.  When opting to use solid fuels, the Flexigrate provides sufficient air circulation below the fuel, and through the grate bars, to allow solid fuels to burn at their highest capacity.
