Tried figuring out the future Mewtwo character's details. He's a Mewtwo/Meowstic fusion. It'll be awhile before he shows up, but I got a bit of inspiration, so I used it. Did this take me 3 days to make? Yes. My brain didn't really want me to work for longer than like 5 min at a time.

Still not completely sure about the coloring. His name is in the list, so feel free to guess his name! <3

Kahurangi cross stitch! I took a pattern I found online and edited it to fit Rangi a bit more - bigger ears, floof tail.

I actually have the outline for 3 more of these done, debating what color to use. If anyone has requests, let me know! (maybe as a commission?)

[QuestionableFlareon] Wren scampers over, marveling at the mew floating above her. "Oh wow! Cats that can fly! Beautiful amazing!" the flareon scampers around in a circle before continuing to speak. "So you're like.. a big deal amongst pokemon right? Bein.. godly n whatnot. So I bet you have a bunch of cool stuff right? Like what is the coolest or most prized thing that you own or got? I gotta know I'm nosey!" The flareon wiggles her tail in excitement

"Hi there." Kahurangi said, lowering herself to look Wren in the eyes. "Godly, huh? I wouldn't say that." She chuckled. "Maybe some mew are, but I'm definitely not. Anyway… my coolest, most prized thing huh… I don't know if I have anything like that…" She mused. "Huh? What are you talking about Rangi? Isn't it that doll you made?" Andromeda the arcanine cut in from where she was laying next to them. "Wha-what are you talking about?!" Rangi yelled in embarrassment. "Come on, why don't you show them? It's really cute!" "… Fine…" Kahurangi said, flying away. "She cut the fabric from the curtains to make it!" Andromeda laughed. "It was only the part that was behind the couch. You couldn't see it." Rangi defended herself as she came back. "Heheh," Andromeda chuckled. "Gramps was so mad." "I had never been around humans before." Rangi replied. "Anyway, here it is." she said, holding up a yellow mew doll.

"It's not the best made, but… I still like it…" Kahurangi said embarrassed.

( @asktheisle ) Draco blinks a few times-she wasn't imaging the Mew, that was certainly one right in front of her. The Garchomp makes as much effort possible to appear harmless in hopes of not scaring Kahurangi. "I've only heard of Mew existing before, but I've never seen one until now. I've heard they're usually pink, so I have to guess that you might be shiny? Is that why you're here in this sanctuary? I know shinies have a harder time out in the wild-at least that's what's said."

"Oh, hello. Yeah I guess mews are pretty rare." Kahurangi chuckled. "While many mews in other worlds are pink and only blue as shinies, mews here can be any color. Like red, green, blue… yellow."

"Well, even ignoring my colors it's true that it can be hard for mew's to be out on their own. So, that's definitely a perk of this place. Not to mention, some human food is delicious!" She laughs.

"By the way, I don't think I've ever seen a garchomp with such a large yellow mark on their snout. It's really unique and cool." She said excitedly, her hands/paws clasped together and her tail wagging in excitement.

I TOTALLY RELATE TO THIS!

Alright, so fun (not really. Maybe interesting?) story. Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances that are too long to get into here (if anyone wants to know, I'll share), I had SEVERAL instances of truly believing I was going to drown, mostly around not being able to breathe. Even now, 15 years later, I still freak out anytime I get short of breath. So, you'd think I'd be terrified of drowning (which I am), and of water. BUT NO! I love the water. I have no problem with it. I'm even a licensed scuba diver! (though I rarely get to do so) The only time I'm scared of the water is if there is something physically stopping me from getting to the surface (like cave diving or being on a sinking ship)

Lately, I've been getting back in the water for exercise and it's been great! Though I don't swim laps, I just tread water so my head stays above the water so I can always breathe (plus keep my hair from getting wet. It's annoying to walk out with a soaked head.)
