Agere Activity: Toast Art

Supplies:

White Bread

Milk (Any Kind)

Food Coloring

Small Paintbrushes (New)

Small Containers

Instructions:

Pour your desired milk and a few drops of food coloring into your small containers, you can make as many colors as you want.

Dip your brush & make your design onto the bread! It can be anything from rainbow, to polka-dots, flowers, or anything you can think of!

Toast your bread, it should hold its color fairly well; you may keep it plain or add butter, jelly, or anything your heart desires. Even with the milk it still tastes like toast!

Enjoy! I think this is a great activity for picky regressors or regressors that struggle/have struggled with disordered eating to make it more fun ♡
