Guys I'm sorry but I can't see this couple as loveship... Kyouka is still a minor and I think her feelings for Atsushi are nothing more than admiration... The two of them should be brother and sister instead of lovers...
(The drawing does not belong to me, I do not know the artist, but it is beautifully drawn.)

Stop Crying MC
Tumblr media
In the world of Bungou Stray Dogs, Atsushi’s never-ending tears have almost become a cliché.
As a member of the Armed Detective Agency (A.D.A.), constantly breaking down is holding back your character development.
No matter how dire the situation is, your endless emotional breakdowns are overshadowing your potential.
Atsushi, your internal struggles may be compelling, but enough with defining yourself through victimhood!
Watching you cry every time things get tough makes the audience want to scream, "You’re the main character-do something!" Instead of drowning in self-doubt, take control of your destiny.
True heroes don’t just wallow in their pain; they face the darkness, fight back, and claim victory.
This repetitive crying cycle is preventing you from unleashing your real power. As one of the most important figures in A.D.A., it’s time for you to stop being passive and start shaping your own story.
Stop crying- stand up, fight, and embrace your role as the protagonist!

If only that had been the case, the A.D.A. could have ended up winning with such an easy victory.

The latest chapters of Bungou Stray Dogs unfortunately give the impression that the series has lost its former excitement. Initially praised for its cleverly structured plot and strong character development, the series has struggled to meet expectations in the past 4-5 chapters. Events have become more predictable, and the tension that once defined the story seems to have faded. In particular, the handling of Akutagawa, Teruko Ōkura, and similar characters has been disappointing. Their potential was seemingly wasted, and their removal from the story felt rushed. Additionally, Atsushi’s lack of significant character growth remains one of the series' biggest weaknesses. Despite his ongoing struggles with trauma, he appears to be stuck in the same cycle without notable progress, which has left many readers unsatisfied. While Asagiri’s writing and Harukawa’s artwork remain visually impressive, the pacing and depth of the story no longer feel as strong. The series appears to have lost its initial grip, and its core themes are now explored more superficially. Many Reddit readers have also pointed out that Bungou Stray Dogs no longer has the same impact as before.

drawing the guild members that survived the winter (aka are still in yokohama) because i love them (also everyone forgets that steinbeck is still in yokohama because the anime just didn’t show him. like alright.)
i decided to draw them as their irl counterparts because i think bsd artists should start doing that more anyway bc it’s fun

What about you?
What are your thoughts on the latest chapters?
Do you think the story can recover, or will this decline continue?
