Whenever in some type of pain, imagine your F/O right nearby you and comforting you. If it helps they will pull you closer, allow you to hold them or them holding you. If it is too painful however they will soothe you the best they can. Maybe with soft touches or just their presence.

They will let you rest, knowing that you need it whenever possible. If you wish they will even rest alongside you. All to make sure that you feel comfortable in these moments.

Of course, facing your triggers again isn’t a great experience, but at least you won’t have to deal with that alone. That’s right, because your f/o would do anything they can to help you get through it.
