I’m someone who has recently gone legit.  So far all of the legit customer service I’ve dealt with has been really good.  I’ve always gotten replies in a decent timeframe even if I had to wait a day or two.  But they have always been polite so far.  Id honestly say its way better because, well: Sure, recasters reply faster, but I’ve also had them be rude to me, brush me off, ghost me, or try to pressure me to buy an item that I had just asked about.  They then act disinterested in dealing with me when I wasn't going to immediately throw money down.  

I also noticed that with Ouenifs, specifically, I felt like I was talking to multiple people at once.  It was jarring and caused some issues with ordering, because it wasn’t like full information was being relayed.  And they were the worst as far as pressuring me to buy buy buy now now now.  And this may just be a me thing, but his way of talking to me always felt a bit uncomfortable.  Like I was being talked down to like some kid.  

The reason why some people say recasters have better customer service is because they buy recasts and therefore have zero experience with legit company customer service. Like if you’re only buying recast vlks how are you supposed to have enough experience to judge legit vlks customer service???
