You know, you could just... I don't know... not like the ship? You can stop there. You don't need to insult the shippers, or make an entire blog about it. I don't like Karezi, but I don't feel the need to make a blog ranting about how it's a "Terrible ship." Go take a jog, read a book, because these ships don't matter! And frankly, this blog is not necessary at all!

Hi! You have a really nice blog and I like your reasoning for why you don't like this ship. And with that out of the way... What do you think of other ships with Karkat(solkat, erisol etc.) and Nepeta(erinep, gamnep etc.)? Of course you don't have to say what you think of every single one, because that would probably take forever, but maybe what you think of them in general and which are your favorites and least favourites with each character? Whatever, I'm sure you get it.

Okay, first of all, thanks for the compliment. And about those ships?

Yeah, no. Sollux and Karkat are great friends, and I think it’s pretty clear that Sollux has feelings for Aradia while Karkat has feelings for Dave. Or not? I don’t really understand the relationship between them yet. And I don’t think that they go together at all. And EriSol? They just despise each other! The only quadrant that I could ever see those two in is black. I still have yet to know why people ship them red. Erinep? Nope. Nepeta rejected Eridan the first time he asked her out, implying that she doesn’t have any romantic interests in him whatsoever. Also, GamNep. Heellll no. He fucking killed her. I don’t think that she’d ever consider being with him after what he did to her. “Oh Gamzee, you clubbed me to death, but whatever I still love you and stuff! Oooh, let’s get human married!” No.

In my opinion, I think that Feferi and Eridan should be together. As well as Aradia and Sollux, Gamzee and Tavros, and Nepeta and Equius.

I really don't like the whole "this ship sucks, and so do you" part. I mean, you really should not insult people based on what they ship.... I understand that you don't like the ship, and that is perfectly fine. But insulting the shippers is just immature and rude.

Sometimes I hate being a person who ships KatNep because of the logic of the people who ship it, and I stumble across this blog and I think, "Oh lord, they're going to be an ignorant asshole." and I decided to read it for the lols. In reality, I was wrong, and you sir (or ma'am) are a mature person. I respect you dude. Keep doing what you're doing.

I don't quite ship nepkat, but I don't hate it either. But I've been seeing you post your rants tagged nepkat and katnep. Please change it into anti-katnep / anti-nepkat. Because when people are trying to find their ship and come across your post I can't imagine how they would feel. Seeing an anti-[ship] post when searching for a cute art or fanfic of [ship].

right, I know it's pretty shitty me being here, since i ship this (in fact i ship everything). I think it's okay that you're having a hate-page for a ship, i have nothing against that. but one thing that has bugged me is "it'll never become canon." I'm sorry to tell you, but shipping doesn't have to be shipping something that'll be canon. people should be allowed to ship whatever they want, regardless of whether it'll be canon. but yeah, that's the only problem i have.

Just a question (katnep is my NOTP) but what do you think about one-sided katnep, meaning just a small crush that nep has on Karkat and not vice versa? I think that's not really as bad as them actually together but still not too great, so Id like to hear your opinions on it :)

Nepeta has a crush on Karkat. Karkat doesn’t like Nepeta and has been avoiding/changing the topic whenever she mentions her flush crush to him. He said that he wouldn’t mind hanging out with her as friends, he even views her as one, and said that it’d never work out between the two. If anything, them being together would be out of pity.

Could you keep your posts out of the KatNep tag? Like, it's kind of dumb and makes you seem really immature. Post it in the "anti-" tag if you could. Also, it kind of does make sense if you um. Read Homestuck maybe? People mainly ship it because of their ancestors and some enjoy the unrequited feelings stuff. Hating on it because it makes no sense to you is fine but keep your hate out of the actual tag itself. It's kind of... Like attention whoring?
