Hey guys!
So this is pretty random of me, but Iâm not sure if Iâm gonna continue with this blog.
In April, I discovered the warriors fandom and immediately became obsessed with it. I read the first three arcs, I played clangen and wcue non-stop, I started this blog etc. But as of recently, I find myself growing out of warriors and losing interest in the things I used to love. Uploading moons used to be so much fun, but now it feels more like a chore and I donât think thatâs fair on me or any of you.
Iâve ultimately decided to stop posting for the time being, maybe not even at all anymore. Itâs difficult, but the warriors fandom is no longer offering me the same happiness as it did before. Iâm a teenage girl, Iâm naturally going to want to fit in, and sometimes I feel like I donât belong in this fandom OR in my real life because of my conflicting interests.
This has got to be the most dramatic tumblr post ever lol, sorry. Iâll leave this blog up for you all to read, and Iâm sorry to be so abrupt.
Thanks for everything guys <33

MOON 51
Stoatstripe is depressed, and his infection has worsened.
This moonâs story under the cut!
âStoatstripe, you have to get up.â Glademoss was mewing, nudging his brotherâs flank with his forepaw. âThe clan needs itâs mediator.â
Stoatstripe grunted, turning away as he sat in his nest. âAnd it needs itâs deputy, too. Stop worrying about me.â
Glademoss narrowed his eyes. Both brothers had been under significant stress lately: Glademoss with his new position as deputy, a role he wasnât sure he could perform half as well as Chaffinchbounce and Sunleopard had, and Stoatstripe with his decision to become a mediator. Leaving regular warrior life behind had been a big step for both of them.
âIâm worrying about you because thatâs my job. Youâre my brother, Stoatstripe, and not to mention that Iâm your deputy. Itâs my duty to ensure that you feel alright.â Glademoss told his littermate sternly. The role of deputy seemed to have aged him thirty moons.
âAnd Iâve told you, I feel fine.â Stoatstripe replied irritably. âJust a little down, like all cats. You canât tell me youâve not been affected by all this death.â
âOf course I have! But the rest of us are recovering from it, and I donât see you doing that.â Glademoss replied, giving Stoatstripe another nudge. âPlease, just get out of the den and come on this patrol. Itâll be good for you.â
âNo, Hushstep says I canât leave camp. My hind leg is infected.â Stoatstripe sighed. âIâm supposed to stretch it every once in a while, and thatâs it.â
Glademoss rolled his eyes. âOh, come on. A little walk around the borders wonât harm you.â He said, but Stoatstripe stayed silent. Knowing it was hopeless, he began to trod away and looked back as he reached the den exit. âI know Berryspot meant a lot to you. But he would want you to be happy.â
Stoatstripe give his brother a long look before nodding slightly and turning away. Just then, Whisperingpaw bounded into the den with a cheerful greeting.
âHey, Stoatstripe! How are we feeling today?â She called, her mew high and bright.
âFine.â Stoatstripe replied shortly. He wished every cat would just leave him alone; constant visitors only reminded him of his days spent as a sickly kit cooped up in the medicine den.
âYou donât look it.â Whisperingpaw tutted, sniffing at his infected hind leg. âHowâs the leg today?â
Stoatstripe let out a long, burdened sigh and shrugged. âThe same. A little sore, kind of hot.â
Whisperingpaw nodded, thinking for a moment. âHushstep told me to check itâŚhe didnât say what else to do. Perhaps I should go ask him.â
Stoatstripe sniffed. Whisperingpaw was steadily learning the trade of being a medicine cat, taking to the new skills much faster than she did as a regular apprentice. It was clear to all cats that she was a natural, and Hushstepâs proud gaze told them so.
âYou do that.â He told her dryly, watching as she turned and trotted back across the clearing to ask her mentor for guidance.
Stoatstripe remembered his own apprenticeship like it was yesterday. His fondest memories were of sparring with Gladepaw, laughing and practising battle moves as his father watched on proudly.
He missed those days a lot.
awww poor stoat, i love how glade still cares for him as the dep tho

MOON 50
Stoatstripe becomes a mediator. Whisperingpaw becomes a medicine cat apprentice, realising she has failed at becoming a warrior. Hushstep takes her to meet the other medicine cats.
This moonâs story under the cut!
âAre you sure theyâll like me?â Whisperingpaw asked anxiously as she and Hushstep trotted through the sparse woods towards the Moonbush. Her eyes sparkled in the evening moonlight, the worry in them clear.
âOf course they will.â Hushstep mewed firmly, giving her a comforting nudge. It was immensely difficult for him to walk the same path that he had walked so many times with Berryspot, his former apprentice whom had recently been killed by a fox. However, he had always known deep down inside that Whisperingpaw was a medicine cat at heart.
âButâbut what if Starclan donât accept me?â She fretted. âIâve spent so long trying to become a warrior, so maybe thatâs the path they chose for me at birth?â
Hushstep sighed. âWhisperingpaw, I know for a fact that youâll be accepted by Starclan. It was very brave of you to come to me a few days ago, and they will acknowledge your courage.â
A few days prior to the half-moon meeting, Whisperingpaw had nervously asked Hushstep if she could leave her warrior training behind and join him in the medicine den. The decision had been brewing for a while, and both mentor and apprentice felt sure it was the right one. Even Mossgleam, Whisperingpawâs previous mentor, agreed that becoming a warrior wasnât meant for her.
âI hope they do.â Whisperingpaw murmured. âI tried so hard to be a warrior, I really did. But Iâve always known I wanted to heal.â
Hushstep nodded. âItâs a worthy path for any cat to follow. I know your littermates might give you a hard time, but every cat can see this is where you belong.â
As the experienced medicine cat uttered those words, a glimmering clump of bushes became visible round the bend and the strong scent of other clans became apparent.
âHello?â Hushstep called as they approached the bushes. A beautiful black she-cat looked up as they arrived and purred in greeting.
âHushstep! Itâs great to see you again. We missed you at the last two meetings.â She mewed, getting to her paws and touching noses with Hushstep.
âAh, Iâm sorry I couldnât make it. Iâm sure you were told at the Gatherings, but Berryspotâs death was quite difficult to bear.â He explained quietly, sounding immensely sad when he thought of his former apprentice. As if remembering suddenly, he turned to Whisperingpaw. âRavenbloom, this is my new apprentice Whisperingpaw.â
Ravenbloom seemed to appraise the younger she-cat for a moment, before softening her gaze. âHello, Whisperingpaw. You seem a little old to be an apprentice.â She smiled, meaning well.
âI was training to be a warrior for many moons.â Whisperingpaw explained awkwardly. âIt took me far too long to realise that being a medicine cat was what I was really meant for.â
âIâm sure sheâll be wonderful.â Hushstep added. âAnd I hopeâŚI hope that Berryspot would approve.â
Ravenbloom gave her fellow medicine cat a sympathetic look. âI know he would, Hushstep. Any further news of Antclan?â
Hushstep shrugged. âI believe Stoatstripe, a young warrior of ours, has decided to channel his talents into becoming a mediator.â He reported casually.
The scent coming from Ravenbloomâs glossy pelt told Whisperingpaw she was from Drizzleclan. Looking around, she spotted a large rosetted tom wandering towards them from his previous spot next to the Moonbush.
âJaguartooth! Itâs been a while, old friend.â Hushstep greeted as cheerfully as he could. Many cats were sure that the white-furred medicine cat would never fully be the same after Berryspotâs untimely departure.
âHiya, Hushstep.â The older tom grunted, his mew hoarse. âGood to see ya. This your new apprentice?â
Hushstep nodded and brushed his pelt against Whisperingpawâs. âYes, this is Whisperingpaw. Is Acornleaf joining us this evening? Iâm sure theyâd get along.â
Jaguartooth glanced around. âYeah, he stopped to catch a fat rabbit a while back. Should be here any mo-â
Suddenly, a skinny brown tom with ruffled fur and bright eyes burst through the trees with a massive rabbit in his jaws. âHey, youâre here!â He called, dropping the prey and bounding over to the group of cats. âEvening, Ravenbloom and Hushstep! Whoâs this?â
His gaze moved to Whisperingpaw, excitement sparking in his wide green eyes as he took in a new face. âNever seen you before. Are you Hushstepâs apprentice?â
Whisperingpaw nodded shyly. âYes, thatâs me.â
Acornleaf nodded and turned back to Hushstep. âIâm awfully sorry about Berryspot. He was a great cat, weâll all miss him.â
Hushstep stared intently at his paws. âYes.â He agreed solemnly. âHe was brilliant. But we must move on with our lives.â
Suddenly, a rustling came from the bushes and two new cats approached the group of medicine cats. Whisperingpaw picked up their scents as being cats of Meadowclan, the last of the four clans to arrive.
âAh, Bluewing! Here at last, and with Petalpaw too.â Ravenbloom greeted, flicking her tail merrily. âNice to see you both.â
Petalpawâs eyes lit up when she caught sight of Whisperingpaw. âIs that Hushstepâs new apprentice?â She asked her mentor excitedly.
Bluewing, looking tired and a little impatient, nodded. Petalpaw couldnât have been older than seven moons, bouncing on her forepaws with shining eyes. âCool!â She squeaked. âWhatâs your name? Iâm Petalpaw, and one day I want to be called Petalblossom!â
Whisperingpaw blinked, trying to process the sheer energy of the young she-cat. âI-Iâm Whisperingpaw. Nice to meet you.â
Bluewing thrust their tail over Petalpawâs mouth before she could say anything else and smiled apologetically. âSorry about her, sheâs rather new to all of this. Pleasure to meet you, Whisperingpaw.â
And as the seven medicine cats began to nibble at the glimmering berries of the moonbush in preparation for their half-moon dreams, Whisperingpaw knew that this was where she was meant to be all along.
if my main girliepop whispering is happy, iâm happy
