✶ the reason why you’re waking up in your cr every morning.
you.
it’s always been you. it’s the way you believe, even in the smallest, quietest corners of your heart. it’s the whispers of your mind that say, “this is real for me,” even when everything else feels loud and unsure. shifting is yours. it’s like a love letter to yourself, written in stardust and sealed with intention.
too much pressure on the outcome : when you’re obsessing over when or how you’ll shift, it can create resistance. it's like trying to force yourself to fall asleep—when you overthink it, you make it harder. shifting thrives on calm, detached belief, not stress. — what to do? relax. trust it’s already yours. take the pressure off by focusing on the journey instead of obsessing over results.
subconscious doubts : deep down, some shifters think, “what if it’s not real?” or “what if i can’t do this?” these thoughts linger in the subconscious and stop you from fully letting go. — what to do? reprogram your mind. use affirmations like, “i shift with ease.” consistency is key—your subconscious will catch on.
lack of clarity : sometimes people don’t have a clear enough picture of their DR. if your mind doesn’t know where to go, it’s like trying to drive without a destination. — what to do? script or visualise with detail. feel the emotions, imagine the smells, the textures, the sounds of your dr. the more vivid, the easier it is for your mind to lock in.
overthinking the methods : you don’t need to do every shifting method under the sun or stress about doing it “right.” shifting isn’t about the method—it’s about belief. — what to do? stick to what feels natural. whether it’s the raven method, affirmations, or just falling asleep with intent, find what works for you and trust it.
inconsistent practice : if you’re only trying once in a while, it’s like going to the gym once a month and expecting abs. shifting is a skill, and like any skill, it takes consistent effort. — what to do? create a routine. whether it’s nightly affirmations, meditation, or daydreaming about your dr, make it a regular part of your life.
fear of success or change : this one’s sneaky. some people unknowingly fear the responsibility, emotions, or changes that come with living in their dr. it’s a self-sabotage thing—your brain loves the comfort zone. — what to do? address your fears. journal about why you deserve your dr. remind yourself it’s safe to want what you want.
not fully letting go before sleep : if you’re stressing about shifting while you fall asleep, you’re not allowing your mind to fully detach. letting go is essential.— what to do? try a wind-down routine. listen to subliminals, meditate, or journal. get yourself into a relaxed, dreamy state before bed.
impatience : this one’s tough because, you know you’re ready. but constantly checking if it’s “working” or trying to rush the process can create mental blocks. — what to do? focus on feeling like you’re already there. patience is power. trust that it’s unfolding in divine timing.
ignoring physical health : neglecting your physical needs—like poor sleep, dehydration, or stress—can mess with your ability to shift, then you'll just get overwhelmed. your body and mind need to feel good to align. — what to do? take care of yourself. drink water, sleep well, and keep your energy balanced. a healthy body supports a focused mind.
comparing yourself to others : seeing other shifters’ success stories can make you feel like you’re doing something wrong. but everyone’s journey is different. — what to do? celebrate your progress. remind yourself that your timeline is perfect, and you’re on the right path.
