Way back in 2013, I started a blog--hoodedfrontrunner--in which I had at least 500 followers. However, my ex boyfriend did something for me to delete my blog. And, I have made two new ones with this blog at the latest.

All I can recall now are broken poems and broken messages on my blog because of the pain that I was feeling. But now, I write because I feel inspired to write what I want to write. I write again because I can pen down whatever my heart or my imagination tells me to.

That makes me think, how could I have waited for 3 years before I realized I had to let go. I wish I could have done it sooner...and maybe I would have felt this beautiful bliss earlier.

Time heals, my friends.

But being with the right person, makes it all worth it.

A letter to my poker guy

Dear Pupa,

My curiosity is piqued by your tenacity. Your perspective and thought process astound me. Though not always, I comprehend what you're getting at. Yet your ability to see the big picture has me wondering why you are not a famous person.

You describe things differently, in many ways I would never have thought of. You are peculiar yet smart and artistic. I am rooting for great sessions ahead of you. I observe your serious face, your restless clicking on the mouse (haha), and your thoughts lost in your own world. You fascinate me, my pupa.

I know not all your sessions are good. But you are getting there. Trust the process. Sometimes, I can see that you are disappointed. But, please know that I believe in you.

I believe in you because I know that your motivation and determination will make you successful in no matter what you do. As I said, better than having the motivation to be great at something than none. No matter what people say about you, you know that I will be the one cheering behind your back. The one making you feel that you are doing amazingly though you feel otherwise. The one who will always have your back.

You are making me learn to spread my wings...why can't I too?
