3 Important lessons I learned from the “professional use of social media” is the first being chapter 2 defining social media strategy and how it talks about how a successful social media strategy must be aligned with broader business goals. The second comes from chapter 5 Target Audience and Personas and how it talks about knowing your audience and how it’s crucial to creating relevant and creative content. The third and final being chapter 10 Metrics and Analytics and how it talks about the help of evaluating the performance of certain social media campaigns. #utoledosocialmedia

I comment on both EOS lotion and bath and body lotion. I don’t have any reason to complain on anything so Instead I talk about how I liked each brand and why. Neither company replied back. I am okay with that as it was positive. I feel bath and body is more department where as EOS Is more marketing. #utoledosocialmedia

The crowdsourcing campaign I found was Doritos “crash the Super Bowl” in this campaign, Doritos invited fans to create commercials with the best ones being featured during the Super Bowl. I think crowd sourcing like this is great because it gives consumers the opportunity to be a part of a brand and to possibly be a winner of something. Currently, my favorite influencer is Alix Earle. Recognized as a mega-influencer according to the Influencer Marketing Guide, she has an impressive following of 7.1 million.
Alix is especially active on TikTok, where she’s well-known for her “Get Ready With Me” videos. Her content often explores fashion, makeup, and lifestyle, creating a relatable and engaging presence that has undoubtedly contributed to her success as an influencer.
While Alix’s relatability is a strong asset, one area she could potentially improve would have to be incorporating more personal insights or industry tips—such as fashion styling tricks, makeup techniques, or wellness advice

Programming advertising has influence my experiences a consumer by personalizing the ads I see based on my online behavior and preference for instance, after watching the video, I noticed that programming advertising allows brands to target specific demographics and interest making the advertisement more relevant.
 a specific example is when I recently browse for running shoes online soon after I started seeing targeted ads for various athletic brands on my social media feeds these ads featured shoes that match my preference and even highlighted discounts that were about to expire. #utoledosocialmedia

The three companies I looked at are Progressive, Lincoln, and Ulta. All of their changes are active and up to date. Some have more followers than others. For example, Ulta has the most amount of followers where as progressive had the least. They all engage with costumer comments by commenting back. After viewing the three companies. I feel Ulta does the best because they have the most followers as well as touch into trends rather than just advertising their brand. #utoledosocialmedia
