My future in Manhattan didn’t unfold the way I imagined. The life I once pictured for myself here feels so far away now. Maybe I got bored, lost the passion I had for the fashion industry, grew weary of investors turning me down—or maybe I simply realized I wasn’t meant to be some corporate tycoon or the next Anna Sorokin.

Instead, I found a calling of the heart, not the wallet. Now, my future lies upstate near the Adirondacks, where I’m enrolled in university, attending mass every Sunday at the cathedral, pursuing a career in early childhood education, and planning for the day I get to bring my own children into the world. Sometimes, the best paths are the ones that lead us home to ourselves.

Yes, please!! My The L Word: New York wishlist is Ilene Chaiken showrunner (she's not perfect but she knows what TLWNY should be), focused on Bette & Tina (the show won't have a chance without them) along with Shane and Alice (I need to see more OGs scenes), no appearances by any GenQ actors or characters (there just needs to be a clean break I could accept Angie, though)
